Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Sulfur is a good game which is well worth the asking price. The inventive guns capture the imagination, and a wide variety of weapon modifiers ensure each gun becomes properly your own. I think you will enjoy playing through the game at least once. However, I feel there are many issues which will keep you from wanting to play this game multiple times. For one, there is all but no incentive to actually explore many of the weirder weapon modifications. With a system which allows for as many diverse options as the weapon customizations system does, I was expecting for certain areas to heavily favor certain builds, or for certain bosses to challenge the player to create specific builds by incentivizing a very particular type of gameplay. This doesn't happen. For as many enemies as there are in the game, they all only ask you to do two things: do alot of damage, and do it quickly. This combined with the fact that you will lose your inventory on death incentivizes the player to make all of their builds practically the same. There is no point in using the stranger modifications, and you're actively incentivized not to by the fear of losing your progress. The areas also, while randomized, all feel very similar because of the aforementioned lack of enemy variety. You'll always be hoofing it to the end of the level as fast as you can while gunning down enemies who have increasingly large health bars, but little more variety beyond that. I really would love to keep playing this game, and I would especially love to go achievement hunting, as I always feel I haven't properly beat a game until I have, but the repetitive gameplay loop leaves little desire to come back. This all said, this is still a good game, with alot of good mechanics, I just wish it was better.
Mate a un goblin y me hice una sopa con su carne. 100% Recomendado. Mata a tus enemigos y cometelos. Juego tipo extracción, con mapas lineales creados proceduaomente, si te matan lo pierdes todo. Puedes modificar las armas de manera absurda,
I love this game. I recommend it to those who love roguelikes, FPS, and a bit of adventure. Cartoony art style grew on me, as I was hesitant at first. The world is charming, discovering secrets, and exploring this stylized world. The best part about the game is the vast customizations allowed for your guns. Has the same charm as Enter the Gungeon, but Sulfur seems to have more of it's own identity, without relying too much on pop-culture references. PROS: Unique art style, fast paced gameplay, story is fun and easy to follow, variety of guns and ways to customize CONS: Storage can be an issue; the penalty for dying can be steep at times (although there are ways to mitigate this so thanks for that), quest system is minimally engaging (feels more like a chore than an actual enticing side quest). SUGGESTIONS: multiplayer support (which is currently a stretch goal for the devs), customization of melee weapons, fix the implementation of luck in the game (from what I understand, currently not functioning as intended.) Note to devs: I took a look at the stamps in the game, and they seem to be referencing a location and NPC from a different time and place...I wonder if this is important. :) OVERALL: I work a busy job, don't have much free time. But I make time to pay Sulfur, it is such a lovely gem of a game. The devs care. I paid full price, and I do not regret it at all 9/10
Why would "-50% reload time" double reload time? So many stats you just have to understand that if the number is negative then the effect is negative even if by reading it a negative should be a benefit, so you shouldn't read "-50% reload time" you should see the negative and so what effect using those would have a negative effect and so you should read it as "+100% reload time". I ruined my main gun by adding a "-50% reload time" buff to find out that now it reloads too long to be useful Artstyle is neat but the more I play the lazier it feels. I think the billboarded enemies makes hitting less reliable than I would expect The game is not satisfying to play, I get nothing from hitting or killing enemies, almost all loot is junk, I have to discover crafting recipes and so when I found myself looking at the wiki I realised that this was going to be a time sink for me. Guns have ballistic projectiles but if you aim down sights where they will hit will probably be out of view for most ranges, and because the game doesn't give good feedback of hits I have to unscope to even see if I hit the enemy, I just want to aim and shoot Losing doesn't feel fair, it just happens and I can't always prepare for it, which is annoying because death deletes everything from my inventory which I could understand if when losing I realise that it was my own fault. I recognise when starting it asked me what difficulty I wanted to play and it recommends "hard" which causes me to lose everything upon death, I just didn't realise when starting that dying was going to feel unfair. I like roguelike games which punish deaths with complete losses, but all of the ones I like when I die it feels fair but also the game feels like it's designed in such a way it expects losses and they stop lose cycles but Sulfur has no affordances and I've just ended up with weaker stats which makes dying unfairly even easier This game feels like it went in with a really cool plan, on paper this should be a game I love but I don't even like it even a little. I can't say that I had fun playing it at any point, even early on before I found out it was just BS. This game would probably be my favourite game if it was made by someone else who hates this game how it is
Bulletsponge hell. Not fun.
Such a strange, sometimes obtuse game. But hides a sprawling adventure with genuine depth if you stick with it.

Fun!
The game is quite interesting, despite the simple low-poly art style. It is quite punishing to the "Lax" player, especially if you do not have the gun you want in your equipment slots. I recommend starting on "Easy" for the first time Sulfur Player, so that you only lose money rather than your entire inventory. Less frustrating that way. I like the "cook your own healing items" mechanic as well.
