Striving for Light: Survival

Amazing rogue survival game! There are lots of unlockable weapons and characters, but there's a twist! In this game you technically have access to all the skills right away, buuut you have the option to ensure the skills you want to use are in the run once you "unlock" them! This game is about choice and flexibility. Between rounds you go to a skill board and choose how your character grows. Each game has randomness to what skills appear on the board, but you have ways to skip or re-roll specific nodes in order to control the board more towards the specific build you want to make. This is a great indy title with seasonal resets and a leader-board for high scores to compete against. The game is still being updated, so it just keeps getting better! Give it a go, the price is right and it is well worth the small investment for hours and hours of replayability.

Lacks a way to replensh hp

Si te gustan los juegos Survive como a mi este es una joya. La diferencia con los demás del genero es su elección de habilidades, que se ramifican según las vas eligiendo. Tienes que llegar al jefe final en la oleda 20 y cada pantalla son de 60 segundos. El arte aunque lo han redefinido con la ultima actualización me encanta. La musica aunque puede parecer a la larga repetitiva es bastante epica y va muy bien con lo que proyecta el juego. Estamos hablando de un juego indie, yo valora muchos aspectos en este tipo de proyectos como la jugabilidad. Un 8/10 de facto.

Its honestly a fun game to play for a bit. Lv 60 might be a hard crash point though.

Decent game to chill while on sofa, regular updates, seasons with fair timing.

Tried it again for the first time in a year or so and still didn't like it. I find visibility to be bad, enemies too tanky and the gameplay simply boring. Meta-progression doesn't feel that rewarding either. Not for me (I love games like Brotato and VS)
