grown up with street fighter series... hmm...ok, only played street fighter II and alpha3 back then on console
i loved it, but i dont get the controller input (PC) working smoothly...tried several (steam) controller settings... its really a fight to win as the moves not always work as your input. May i ll give it a shot on Steamdeck but assume when i connect a controller to the SD i have the same issues play on pc.
then some versions are unplayable... the first one the worst, the oponents dont care if you hit/kick them, ok same for you but they hit 4x harder, 4hits and you are KO...and with the awful port you barely fight with basic moves
and also some other versions in some fights it feels the speed is x3 and its hard to follow what happens on the screen and next fight again in normal speed
Some SF2 titles also lack on gameplay, there are no combo possible, you cant hit opponent during a move youu can in other titles as it makes sense or worse the opponent already "counter" your move while you still enter it, so its not really a counter/block of your attack the CPU attacks before due to knows whats coming ..yeah i loved SF II and Alpha in childhood and played it also back then mostly against CPU
and who needs 5different versions of SF2, all the alpha 1-3 and sf3 3x without any option in arcade mode for difficulty, no of rounds, etc
i got it on SALE, i mean not 50% off, real sale, thats ok, but full price ...naah, absolutly not recommended
its a real FIGHT to pass the games...and i doubt i ll pass SF 1
