Awesome game! its very intuitive and uhhhhhh uhmm uhh (sneezes) very fluid and creative! the developer listens to feedback and is a pretty cool guy or gal (i dont know them i just got this game) but i know theyre cool i guess you should add D. B. Cooper because hes basically a cryptid like this review if you agree ufo: (flies past) woah what was that? what was tha
Been following this for a while, so while we are just currently in the early stages of development, the structure we're working on is rock solid! A fun cast, with tons more potential faces to show, a simple to pick up, yet difficult to master gameplay system, delightful aesthetics, and enough movement options and wild tempo changers to swing a stick at! Parries and dashes being universal elements allows the footsies to feel complex, but when things get moving they get moving! Either way a game I very much love, and can only wish the best for it to take shape into something spectacular! Get in on the ground floor while the stove is hot!
mothman is top 1
Been playing through Steam Remote Play with a friend (which is why my game time is so low), but I LOVE this game. It's so fun to control and the theme is OOZING with style. Need me a Bigfoot grappler, or a Fresno Nightcrawlers Puppet type. Keep up the good work :)
I played this game recently as part of a mystery tournament for a fighting game club that I'm a part of and I was really delighted with what I played! I felt that the sprites were fun and expressive, and the moves felt fluid and responsive. I only played the Flatwoods Monster, but the specials felt interesting and useful, and getting to use a super to manipulate gravity made for a ton of strategy in the match. The combo system feels pretty open and intuitive, I'd like to try labbing it out sometime. Overall, I would recommend this game to anyone who is interested, and I'm excited for future updates! I hope that one of the next characters is the Hopkinsville Goblin, one of my favorite cryptids. Or maybe a lumbering grappler Sasquatch, my favorite archetype. I'm really looking forward to seeing where the project goes! As for some next steps, I think an in-game movelist, and some backgrounds/themes for the main and character select menu would go a long way!
Very well made. Sound and art are both crisp and appealing. Love the style of character sprites. Actually pretty great labbing this early in development. Needs some controller QOL at the time of time of posting. Excited to see future monsters get in - c'mon loveland frog!
So I’ve only played this for a short bit in training mode to see what cool stuff I could do with goatman and honestly it was pretty fun it feels really really good to play i can’t wait for future updates and to actually play the game with some others
It's SUPER early development but there's bones here for something fun. Love the sprites they're cute.
Certified banger, I'm a fighting game newbie and understanding the inputs for each character was really easy! The graphics style isn't overwhelming, and I had a great time playing with my friend. Looking forward to seeing how this game is updated in the future!
This game feels pretty loose, combo-wise. When you pop your opponent into the air, you can kinda just do whatever you want (at least before gravity scaling kicks in) and it feels great. This game's movement is also fast, and easy to do. This game is a great time, if you don't mind having to use Steam Remote Play or Parsec for netplay (for now).
