The balance of this game is rough. It is a good game, and a brilliant concept, but the balancing needs some work as winning is not consistent even with the same setup, even accounting for luck. And the second boss is by far the hardest in the game, which is not a good thing. Get past it, and you are set. But it is really punishing with it's mechanics, with the biggest issue being that you have to take care of too many things at once, from having to take out the guys that continually increase their pierce attack, to having to take care of the guards, to having to take out the boss. It simply is impossible without item cards, and you simply don't have enough item slots to do it consistently. The most reliable way i've found requires the character relic that creates a random mushroom card, and getting one item and praying you can both hold on to it without being forced to use it up earlier and get enough of the doubling mushrooms to one shot the second boss. This is very hard to do, as there are only a handful of ways to increase your stats, and I can rarely manage to increase my stats properly. I usually am only able to get one stat up high, or else have all stats floundering. There is also simply no way to defend against piercing attacks, especially if they have first strike or pursuit, either innately or from something else. You simply cannot get enough health to survive, nor do you have enough time to attack everything. I can somewhat consistently get past the first boss, but I cannot find a way to get past the second boss without getting very lucky. Every run I've made it to the boss without the right setup, has resulted in dying the moment the boss triggers the attack, if not sooner. It also makes it almost impossible with the eyes it creates, which deal damage when removed. The only way to stop this is to kill the boss before it can create anything, which is impossible without the right setup. Also, whenever I open the game, it is never in full screen despite having the full screen setting turned on. Roguelikes should be hard, but not impossible regardless of how lucky or unlucky you are. There should always be a way out unless you've backed yourself into a corner. And only having two item card slots is very annoying. You will either not have anything to put in it, or have to sell a lot of useful items to store the most useful. Or just leave them. The gameplay is amazing. The balance needs some work. This game is unfinished as it is. I hope the devs make some improvements.

I get the negative reviews for this game. However, I was honestly surprised that I kept picking the game back up. At first, I thought huh I could probably play this for a run or two more. But then it kind of became a nice little pass time. While the content is repetitive and you need actually look at the bestiary to unlock characters (not explained), I had fun. Worth it when it is on sale. More of a casual, calm game for me.

打了好久高难度，只有刺客能打啊，选了收藏就不能最高难度，而且只有刺客能玩啊，刺客最高难度秒杀能无效一个怪的能力。前面滚雪球，但是遗物给的烂直接死了，我复制卡没见到几张，只有boss才有吗？想复制专属遗物都不行
