Enjoyable little survival game. I beat it on easy using the main dude in ~3 hours. I had fun overall, but didn't love waiting around for materials like zinc and copper to wash up on shore. I plan to return to this someday to try some of the other characters, but I don't necessarily have interest in trying higher difficulties. Good stuff.. recommended! Edit: After reading the store page again, I have some additional thoughts: - I didn't engage with rod fishing, interacting with the dog, or boar hunting (other than the use of traps) in my first playthrough, so I'm interested in trying those out in future runs - Knowing now that harder difficulties unlock more info about the planet, I miiight have to go back and try on medium next time. I'm at least intrigued
Smoker Survival Simulator haha
The game is essentially a survival game, and it does a great job of that. It has everything you need for this genre, including fishing, crafting, and so on. Character selection is also important; each character has their own buffs and debuffs that suit them specifically, so playing as different characters will completely change the gameplay.
My Nokia with physical buttons remembers this, but even now, it was fun. Fishing is the best thing the developers have come up with for me ^^
different characters + survival (retro-style) + lots of crafting (even the weirdest stuff) + day/night + land/sea Sometimes I feel like Robinson Crusoe ;) Dude, just don't forget to sleep. It's a great feature—it boosts your health, hahaha
graphics are outdated but the gameplay still looks great!
I bought it just to pet the dog XD Well, and because it was on sale (okay, just another game for my collection that I’ll never actually play?) * Turns out there’s a whole life with whiskey here (nope), but it’s like *Travellers Rest* (only from 1999) hahaha I probably wouldn’t have bought it at full price, but it’s an OK game. Especially if you’re looking for something unusual or love games from the past.
"Ah ♥♥♥♥, here we go again" Okay. I went through this 10 years ago. It's time to relive my youth, son.
It's simple and cozy. I can't really say that I like this style, but it's funny and looks old like games from 2012
I recommend this to people as old as me or just anyone who loves trashy time-killer games :D
