Great premise, looks good, some depth in play and lots of variety thanks to in-game options that can make it peaceful and almost sandboxy, or a complete survival nightmare. Think of this as The Sims trying to make the best of crash landing on Klendathu. Some fantastic mods in the Workshop too, highly recommended.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As a sci-fi fan with a lot of RimWorld and Kenshi behind me, I was sold on this one before I even started. 100+ hours later, my latest playthrough was such a good time that I just wanted to leave a positive review. Definitely recommended if you like this type of games.
Essentially RimWorld in 3D. 3D should be a good thing, but I constantly kept fighting with the camera and the location of things. If you haven't played Rimworld, then this might be a good game for you as it has many of the same ideas, mechanics and approaches. Unfortuantely, it doesn't quite match up the intelligence of the former, as I found myself constantly drafting and assigning folks to properly do things manually because they couldn't figure out by themselves that if they have a cold they shouldn't go outside to cut wood, or that if they are almost barefoot they should equip boots, or if they are assigned a task manually they should continue to do that after a break or a sleep rather than deciding to do something else. The tech tree is also obscure and poorly implemented. I played about 7 hours but I don't think I'll be continuing - too much micromanagement and fighting with 3D controls for me. This would be more of a "Meh" kind of opinion rather than Yes or No, but to respect the effort of the developers I'll incline towards Yes.
This game is flawed. But if I didn't like it I wouldn't want to criticize it so much. "This game could be so much more" if devs actually developed this game in a way to make it maximally modding friendly. It has enough to become a 3d RimWorld. But alas modding is limited to a number shuffling. So it suffers from limited "1.0" logic and dumped down core mechanics that can't be reworked to make it much more flexible because modding tools don't allow it. Which is unfortunately checks out for Paradox games. You can add and expand, but you can't fix what's already flawed, you can only work around it or somehow mask it. Survivor "AI" makes you think they're on a vacation (let food spoil, stroll walking everywhere, even slower when transporting a stick to a stockpile, not mentioning if it's dark outside, it'll take a hour to get from one room to another, on top of that you'll often get events that make you even slower, like toxic ash). Many things about construction are frustrating: survivors have a 10 meters long "pocket ladder", but they can't open a window behind a desk (so you're not even allowed to put it there because of that!), obviously you can't build or deconstruct a wall behind a shelf, but first you need to DECONSTRUCT a shelf, but before that you need to build a stockpile where you need to dump everything that's placed on a shelf (what, you thought you could just drop stuff on the ground?). Combat... There's a lot of reasons to create artificial high ground, but you can't even create a railing, you need to build a wall and a window in a wall. And if you don't make a wall or place some obstacle right under the wall your survivor has a real chance to whip out their 10m long pocket ladder and spend next 15 seconds getting down while being pelted by hostiles because you can't forbid them from using a ladder let alone to tell the to hold their position (and of course you can't revert or cancel the climbing animation). And expect to see red lines across your screen all the time just so you know your survivor can't shoot at stuff on top of the roof. This game is flawed. But if I didn't like it I wouldn't criticize it so much. I still hate it that you can't fix any of this because modding tools are weak.
holy potential man, this game had it all. a 3d rimworld like? yes please! - but somehow it managed to drop the ball so hard, at first this was amazing, but after playing for awhile you notice how shallow the game is, its like it took a small peek a rimworld and forgot to copy any of the depth. -the game survival is super easy, food and medicine are pretty much a non issue as soon as you get a single grain plant. -the constant raids can be a problem, but not in a fun way because it will just end with you being raided every other day, there is little enemy variety, -taming i mega useless, the animals cant protect your colony, and why bother farming them for meat or leather when there a easier and better food and fabric options. -the pacing is also so ♥♥♥♥♥♥, like in rimworld your goal is to leave the planet, but you get the ability to do that way too early and there isnt really anything stopping you from just rushing the technology and ending the run. -the building is nice but there is little reason to build a super cool colony because you can only get between 6 and 10 colonists if you are lucky in the standard crashlanding scenario and like i said leaving the planet can be achieved super quick, there is also no point in just thuging it out because of the small enemy variety. -there are no interesting events, at most you get 1 or 2 wanderers joining your colony, extreme climate events, constant solar flares ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with your power, and a swarm of 200 bugs eating your crops before pissing off. -the game has some cool research like mechs, robots, drones and some other ♥♥♥♥, but unless you really want that stuff and stick around way longer than you have to you will not see any of that. -i do like the observation mechanic to unlock tech and plants, but it stops mattering after 5 observations or so, neat idea tho. -all the character portraits in the vanilla game and literally every character mod are ai generated, not really that deep or a deal breaker but still something. -there is no interesting story, which doesnt really matter in a colony survival game like this, but if your game is gonna be mechanically shallow like this then at the very least there could be some story or interesting character interactions/events. -personally i hate how all the characters look, there is no variety in outfits, all armors look the same, there is like 2 hairstyles the characters share. -i said the building was fun but only if you like sims, because if you are trying to build actual functional defense you are stuck building some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fence killbox, you "house" will collapse during every attack because enemies target the foundation which make every thing on said foundation collapse regardless of support. -weapons, tools, and clothing deteriorates way to fast, so you are stuck constantly crafting new armor, clothing, and weapons, best not to rely on found weapons or you will be shafted. -because your research is tied to your discoveries and observations you might or might not have access to any of the good or fun stuff. i havent found a mech core in my second playthrough which meant i lost out on a cool weapon, but in my first playthrough i got it super early which made raids super easy for that time. -i have no idea how they calculate colony wealth in this but it feels like they add way to much value on food, because my one field of grain produced so much i got shafted by the second raid to show up because suddenly they sent the hydrogen bomb to my 4 colonists armed with basic bows. -also the ai in this game is so ♥♥♥♥, the doctors keep letting people bleed out because they rather do anything else even with their priority set to 1, some colonists would rather wait for a doctor while being perfectly fine than eating something so they sometimes just starve unless constantly monitored. -all in all this game sucks ass, but it could have been amazing. but i guess if you dont care about any of this the game is still fun for awhile. hope they make a second one that good. but hey, atleast the game has steam achievements.

It's not an unmitigated pile of ass, but it's not great either. A janky clone of Rimworld with z levels and a set cast of survivors to start with and recruit during your stay on the alien world. The lack of good UI and visual clarity of it, as well as the unneccessary popups for random metal salvaging got really annoying by the end of today's session. Additionally, for some reason the game refuses to show me people's mood by a glance with simple icons or colours under their mugshots. Instead I only get a warning of my researcher being on the brink of a nervous breakdown, paired with 0 indicators why that is. Apparently there's some sort of trading system later via exploration, but I have no interest in delving that far into this half baked and aggressively mediocre survival/ colony sim. Music was banging and I liked the different critters roaming the world, but that's about where my praise will end.
