Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 12.71/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

8 dollar on-sale price review: Recommend Really great atmosphere. The effort and quality behind the voice acting is excellent. Good horror adventure game. 35 dollar not-on-sale review: Do not Recommend I beat it in 5 hours, and have no real interest in doing another playthrough. If I bought this for 35 dollars I would be pissed.
this game has a TON of platforming which is what makes this game awful, it ruins the little immersion it offers and its sooooo convenient to have yellow paint to signal to pea brain where to walk and hold mouse 2 to climb. the horrors super weak due to dumb ai its really not even a horror game after the first time you meet a monster. the story could be good if the layout wasn't just some, go over there, avoid the monster, go somewhere, find a convenient vent, answer perfectly timed phone call or even make one if its feeling spicy, go where phone says, and repeat. now focusing on the story its really not special but the environment was cool, the ending was ehh. this mc dude is really a yes man and just does whatever he is told

This was a short but enjoyable walking simulator/interactive movie style game. The gameplay mostly consists of holding forward, some quicktime events, and generally quicktime style platforming and climbing. There's a pretty consistent stream of interactive events, though not a huge variety; still they did put some effort into switching things up, and the game is short enough that it never got annoyingly repetitive. Environments don't vary much, though this takes place in a single location and that fits the theme. Visuals and materials look really good, though performance was inconsistent in spots. I'm not sure how this would be at lower settings, but this really put quite a beating on my 4090 with max settings. Normally I play with unlocked framerate, especially for first person games, but due to some jarring frame dips I ended up just throwing on vsync (which I normally hate) and that mostly smoothed things out. One graphics quirk that I found really jarring was that certain objects like swinging ropes were clearly running at a much slower framerate than the rest of the environment. This must have been for performance reasons I would guess, but I wish they had an option to turn this off because it looks awful. This game definitely seems targeted at controller play, but I didn't have any issues completing it with keyboard and mouse. The game is a bit short, but felt just right in length, and didn't overstay its welcome. I think it probably took me about 5 hours or so. Story is ok. Voice acting and character models were good. Horror? I'm not sure if it's the environments or what, but I didn't find the game scary at all. They didn't go for a lot of jumpscares or anything like that, so maybe it just didn't target whatever my usual creep factor is. Overall, this is a good game that I enjoyed. I don't think I'd replay it, but there are some collectibles and such. I ended up finishing and missing a lot of achievements, so some replayability there if you're into that. I don't think there are branching paths or multiple endings though. Gameplay is very linear and mostly on rails, but that's pretty standard for this type of game. If you're into these mostly interactive movie style games, this is high up on the list IMO. I didn't run into any noticeable glitches except my xbox controller wouldn't work until I turned on steam input even though it was detected, after this I didn't have any issues. There were no crashes in my playthrough. I'm a bit of a cheapskate with games, especially in a hours to dollars sense. I got this on sale for sub $10 which I'm happy with. I think based on quality and time that $20 or under is a good deal, but the production quality is good enough to make their full price a fair value, though I wouldn't pay that much personally. Shout out to Mr. Bear for his review which is what put this game on my radar.
The Good Setting and Atmosphere: The Beira D oil rig feels authentic, gritty, and dripping with 1970s period detail. Voice Acting and Writing: The Scottish dialogue is remarkably natural, foul-mouthed, and acted with full commitment by the cast. Visuals: Built in Unreal Engine 5, the environment is gorgeous, wet, and convincingly claustrophobic. The Bad Linear Gameplay: The level design is completely on-rails, leaving very little room for player agency or exploration. Low Challenge: Stealth and hiding mechanics feel basic, and the game asks very little of the player mechanically across its brief 4-to-6-hour run time. Still Wakes the Deep works best as an interactive, cinematic monster movie rather than a deep survival horror challenge.
It has some charm but it doesnt really do anything interesting. I don't mind walking sims but I felt like it didnt really offer anything other than the Scottish setting. After doing nothing but some extremely juvenile stealth segments I decided I was bored and wasn't worth playing any longer.
Stunning visuals, transcendant music, and masterful voice acting. Still Wakes the Deep is a great example of an awe-inspiring horror game with a bittersweet ending. From memorable characters to a well-packaged story, you truly get to dive into the strong setting of the Beira D oil rig and feel for its crew. I highly recommend trying this one out.
Literally one of my fav games ever its so good with its story, visuals, and the voice acting. Omg don't even get me started on the voice acting its 11/10. You should buy this NOW (much love to all the developers for this masterpiece)
Still Walk the deep,标题里已经说明了,walk是游戏的关键。
