Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Stellar Tactics is a nostalgic return to the excitement and wonder of classic RPGs with a compelling narrative, strategic squad-based ground combat, and rewarding open-world space exploration. Survival will require the most skilled team and the best weapons, armor, and equipment you can get your hands on. With 10,000 sectors, tens of thousands of solar systems, and millions of planets to discover, you can explore, fight, and trade to your heart’s content as you build a party of seasoned veterans to dominate the challenges of deep space.
You are a genetically engineered mercenary who is woken from cryostasis after your escape pod is rescued. It has been years since a disaster struck the colony ship you were stationed on. Much has changed in the galaxy. A disease known as Phage is mutating and slowly consuming worlds while the galactic powers fight for supremacy and control. You must assemble a crew and choose your path while navigating the intricate politics and dangerous foes you will meet in your travels.
Can you find the source and end the Phage before it consumes the entire galaxy? Will you choose one of the political powers with which to ally yourself or stay strictly a mercenary for hire? The choice is yours.
Stellar Tactics combines the turn-based combat of classic RPGs such as Fallout with space exploration in a massive open-world universe. On the ground, explore space stations, ancient ruins, caves, planetary bases and interact with a variety of characters - each with their own goals and objectives.
Engage in turn-based tactical combat against mutants, monsters, and hostile forces such as raiders, pirates, and scavengers, with every weapon having its advantages and disadvantages. Harness the formidable power of Psionics, and an ancient alien force - Azimuth. Build your squad from novice mercenaries into experts as you choose what skills they will specialize and excel in with a classless system where character skills improve as you use them.
Explore a vast universe of over 160,000 star systems where you can embark on missions; hunt pirates and raiders for bounties; scan planets for data, hidden locations, and valuable minerals; disable and board enemy ships; and mine asteroids for precious ores to make additional money and craft powerful gear.

The Game needs more content more ship models higher tiers of progression but it is worth the money. I sunk over 900 hrs into this game
An excellent game, I love it! As long as you know what to expect, that its a game made by a solo developer, its incredible how much he created. You have spaceships, with varied equipment and stats, space combat that I haven't even tried yet, mining, crew skills. Also you have a main character, teammates, each with attributes, skills, perks for those skills, varied weapons, with different rarities, crafting, enemies to fight, which are also quite varied. You have a main story, missions, star systems to explore, trading. Also, I didn't encounter any bugs, didn't have any crashes, its very stable. Totally worth the money, very happy with my purchase!

Bought it 10 years ago and waited for the full release patiently. I always knew it would come out due to the amount of love and care put in and now i am finally fully playing it. Its well worth your time.
Buggy.. Really buggy. Combat frequently breaks the interface. I find myself having to reload saves often just to get the game to work again after it locks up in combat. Sometimes it gets stuck in a loop trying to think(little spinney circle at top right), and only going to load a game, and canceling loading it, will stop the cycle. Phage missions are broken. No phage cannister provided, no deployment zone in any of the maps for the mission. Is this still "early access"? Is this game just not finished yet? That might make more sense than nobody reporting this as a practically game breaking bug.. (edit: it's full access, just no one playing. basic achievements from just starting only have 1.3-1.6% player completion. This game could be great, just needs TLC. Lots of it)
Can't even start a new game it crashes every time
It had me when I experience a gravity well for the first time" WHOAAAOAA!! Are you kidding me! Why hasn't anyone done this before! Simply brilliant mate!! Nostalgic, yet fresh, feels like i'm back in the 90's on my Amiga playing the latest and greatest. This game would have been an absolute banger back then, and well it is right now. This game has heart and a soul. I've just begun, but I can already tell this would have been game of the year in the early 90's. Tight like a rubber band around your thigh. My only complaint is how hard the space battles are.... I wish there was a difficulty slider on this. I haven't won a ship battle yet. It's confusing and seems like you don't have much control as to what happens. Maybe i'm just not understanding it, which could be the issue. But then, i feel if that is the case it needs a better tutorial that helps you learn it better. Other than that, it's a great game, i just avoid any space battles and try to stay clear from enemy ships. I'm playing with an explorer ship so maybe it's just not meant to fight at all.
Exploring a large universe, divided by zone, dozens of different ships to aim for. Squad of four turn ground combat, choice of setting up a ship of crew to handle different tasks. Mining, goods Trading between outposts. Being prepared in ship equipment, crew equips is the way to go, backed by allocating proper stats. Issue with the game. Cranky controls. Limited viewable inventory spaces. Equip are aimed at crew's personal skill level, yet the combat drops are dropped based of crew levels. Too easy with one is too prepared. Combat gets too simple and repetitive, especially missions. Bought the game since released, took a long time to see achievements added before finally trying out. Game have little interest retention. Gets too bored after level 30s+, 100s of ship battles, boarding, and trading, hoarding few hundred millions, and multiple merchant and cargo ships. Neutral recommendation.
Really slow and boring. It's like taking any tactics game, make the equipment micromanaging tedious, the combat system unintuitive... But other than that...
This game does not cut it for me. It s boring. So many years for that combat. I m sorry.
Stellar Tactics is one of those rare indie RPGs that quietly delivers more content, freedom, and depth than most big‑studio releases and for it's low purchase price, it’s honestly a steal. This is a massive, open‑ended sci‑fi universe built by a single developer, and the amount of work, care, and long‑term dedication behind it really shows. Knowing the dev pushed through personal hardship to keep this project alive only makes the achievement more impressive. There is a full sci‑fi storyline here involving the Phage and it’s genuinely interesting, but what I love is that the game never forces you down that path. You can follow the narrative when you feel like it, or you can just as easily carve out your own path exploring the galaxy. If you enjoy turn‑based combat, ship‑to‑ship battles, boarding actions, exploration, and building your own story at your own pace, this game absolutely delivers. The universe is huge — genuinely huge — and wandering through it, taking contracts, upgrading your ship, and shaping your squad feels incredibly rewarding. The game fully supports running multiple ships for different roles. I like that you can have one dedicated to exploration, another for mining, and a third built purely for ship‑to‑ship combat, and swapping between them is smooth. Sure, there are places that could use more polish, but the core experience is rock solid, and I haven’t run into any issues or crashes while playing. The combat is fun, the progression is deep, and the freedom to play your way is exactly what a sandbox RPG should offer. For the price, the scope, and the sheer ambition of a one‑person project, Stellar Tactics deserves far more love. If you’re even remotely into sci‑fi RPGs or tactical combat, give it a try, there’s a genuinely great game here.
