Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 12 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Give it a go but take it slow. Its fun with friends against AI and satisfying in PvP. But poor interperation of units and combined arms is the death sentence of most new players.
Great game. I like.

WW2 strategy. Good game. What else can I say? It's fun if you like that kind of stuff.
When it comes to large scale ww2 RTS games, SD2 is by far one of the juiciest offerings available to us, and I most certainly recommend it to any fan of the genre. Whilst there are definitely better small scale RTSs in the space (Gates of Hell, Company of Heroes, etc), there isn't really anything else that compares on this scale. The game is so packed to the rafters with units, each with their own historically accurate stats and equipment, that it's almost overwhelming at the start. The gameplay can be similarly daunting, especially if you're new to Eugen style games, but the tutorials do a decent enough job of showin' you the ropes. Once you do get the hang of things, the game is a load of fun - both in solo and multiplayer (co-op vs AI especially). It plays just like good ol' WARGAME, only with a new coat of ww2-themed paint and with far more QoL (which, i guess is to be expected after so many years). Voice acting is very very bad tho lmao. Like, holy hell, it's lowkey immersion breaking at the best of times and outright annoying at the worst of times. Luckily there has been *some* (and I say that lightly, SOME) improvement in Warno, their more recent game, but yeah... maybe turn the voice lines down on this one.... All things aside tho, ww2 fans will be eating good with this one.
高度拟真的二战大战场指挥游戏,好玩
Love it
Solid game. If you like RTS games with more realistic mechanics than this is for you. It's got a bit of a steep learning curve, but the different ai difficulties allow you to take your time and figure out what works. While the setting of the Normandy game interests me more than the eastern front, the game does feature western allied forces as dlc content. Although, I do think it is overpriced and they nickel and dime you with each dlc. So just wait for a sale.
Just the best dang game after all the work that has been put into it!
Its an RTS but its different and in a good way. I really am interested in Hungary, Romania, and Italy's contributions to the war. They did a lot of fighting right next to Germany. You can never play as them in any other game. This game you can. Its got a lot of good history to nerd out and scratch that itch. It just has so much. This is a must if you are the type of person who is always watching WW2 with Andy Niedel. The Armchair historian or Mark Felton productions. A nice game to switch on when you need a break from Hell Let Loose.
only game in which AT guns actually pen tanks
