Truly magnificent puzzle game with interesting setting and awesome characters. Music is great too. Highly recommended.
This game was pure awesomeness! It had this thing which kept you wanting to return to this game all the time. I would say that this game is worth of every dollar!
An awesome game! Sometimes challenging, but still rewarding.

Status: Insane is a fun and challenging puzzle game. You can beat the game around 2 hours. Gameplay is easy to adapt. Soundtracks are really good. Graphics are OK. Story is insane. annnnd also game has lots of achievements. Totally recommended!
i tried to love it (didn't even play for that long i know) but overall i think it's not fun because 1. hat, pictures, documents.. everything that you get through game is not that rewarding. The design is horrible and even grotesque. I know that it makes sense because it takes place in asylum but umm.. i don't feel any sense of satisfaction getting it couldn't they make it a little cuter? I don't know. It's too crude for me i think. 2. The gameplay is not that impressive. I only played for some minutes but it didn't ring me a bell at all. I don't want to criticize more because it's something that we expect from $5 games. It's meh at best. Maybe it's worth buying for similar price games. It's okay i guess. Overall, I'm getting a refund because yes. this might be a good game to spend time but there are other better games with similiar price. I usually didn't refund this kind of game because it's not terrible and can even be considered as fun but it's a kind of game that you would never play that often.. I think the overall grading of this game is positive only because a very few people are buying and playing it. Has some potential though. I hope they make cuter games with same logic.
NOTE: I have gone through the first three or four levels. Will update when I finish the game. EDIT: I have finished the game already. This is a little escape-the-maze puzzle game with some arcade-style elements. You get into the skin of Igor, a crazy patient at a mental health hospital. Of course, you don't like to be there, so you are trying to escape. In order to escape, you have to avoid the security guards, and be a little bit fast with the keys in some moments, which are more arcade than puzzle. I really like this concept when you change from thinking about escape routes to fast-paced action where you have to press the right keys at the right moment. The music and voice overs are also on point, giving an extra feeling of darkness. Overall they help to achieve the feeling of being escaping of the mental asylum. On the graphical aspect, the characters are well thought, with a characteristic blocky design. As the game does not try to be serious in most aspects, they fit perfectly. There are also a ton of collectibles and achievements, giving extra replayability value. The game runs perfectly on my specs, which are Windows 10, Core i7-6700HQ processor @2.60GHz, 16GB of RAM and a GeForce 960M graphics card (it is a laptop). I have not found any remarkable bug (in fact, any bug at all), so in that sense, the game is smooth as silk. Overall, I definitely recommend buying it, as the price point is low and it is entertaining and well done. (5/5). == AFTER FINISHING THOUGHTS (AND MAYBE SPOILERS) == The game implements many mechanics that add depth to the starting idea, and some extra humour and arcade along the way. Maybe the gravedigging puzzle was a too big difficulty step up, as I ended up solving it trying random combinations. It gave me around 3.2 hours of gameplay, which is cool to me. I haven't found all the collectibles or earned all the achievements, so I will revisit it. I think I will still recommend it, absolutely, as I will end up certainly replaying it at some point.
Very charming game! I enjoyed the mix of puzzles and action. I would definitely recommend this game.
Surprisingly superb puzzle game from a newbie indie dev! I found the setting rather interesting: Odd mental asylum, genius doctor (ofc...!), padlocked protagonist and his lovely flying head imaginary friend (my fav!). What could possibly go wrong? Nothing: STATUS: INSANE was so much (of..?) fun! The puzzles were nothing but brilliant, and I enjoyed the game’s humoristic layer as well. The general atmosphere was insane. Game was a bit short-ish, though: the completion only took couple of hours but at least there were some collectables to find. 9.5/10
If you like puzzle games and an amazing soundtrack, I totally reccomend this game. At first I wasn't very sure I'd enjoy it, but as the levels kept going and got harder, it became lots of fun. Sadly, it's too short and there is room for more story in the game. I missed some things and probably some small parts, but I'm very excited to continue playing and finding some secrets!
- Charming humor - Challenging, but not frustrating puzzles - Great soundtrack - Secrets and hard achivements - You are insane What else do you want? The controls can be a little slippery, but you can get used to it.
I can't find the last hat!!! This makes me crazy!
I want a second game! I want to be insane again!
