Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 23 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The population of the harsh desert planet Kwalasha needs our help. Their peaceful lives, working in the mining industry, have been disturbed by a threat that they cannot face alone: the Arachnids. Under Colonel Hawthorne’s command, the Mobile Infantry will take back control of the planet and smash everything that has more than two legs. Enlist in this exciting military campaign, meet inspiring characters, visit amazing locations and do your part in the heroic war against the Bug!

The Arachnids may have virtually limitless numbers, but they lack the thorough tactical training that the Mobile Infantry enjoys. Position your units in advantageous choke points or on higher elevations. Be wary, however, that battle mechanics such as True Line of Sight and True Line of Fire may limit your field of fire and allow the treacherous Bugs to lay in ambush.

Optimize your army by choosing from a wide range of specialized unit types, each with its own strengths, weaknesses and set of unlockable elite abilities. Rifle Troopers can use their shotgun ability to hold back large numbers of Arachnids, M11 Marauders bipeds can unleash a withering mortar barrage and the Fleet Liaison can call down dropships with reinforcements or direct an airstrike to wipe out whole swaths of enemies.

The Bug infestation is rooted in elaborate underground hives. These present a unique challenge that demands a delicate balance between aggression and defense. Beware of the numerous tunnel openings, from which hordes of Arachnids can emerge.
To eradicate the Bug problem for good, their nests must be eradicated!

The only good bug is a dead bug!
I've been in a no gaming phase for awhile. No gaming meaning, I just haven't wanted to play. Been in that phase for almost 4 or 5 months now. It's given me time to focus on other things, but man I was starting to hope gaming wasn't a thing of my past, because I have been gaming for 20+ years, and have loved it. And it isn't because no games have interested me. That's the scary part.....it was just this undeniable feeling of.....I just don't want to game. Well, I bought Terran Command awhile back. Never touched it. Well I loaded it up the other day and hoped it would be fun enough that I could at least get some gaming enjoyment out of. And boy did I ever! I've always been an RTS need. I have played most in the genre. The ones that break new ground or try something different have always stood out to me. Terran Command does exactly that! The terrain and field of fire mechanics are so well done. It brings a new layer of tactics and unit positioning I don't recall seeing any other game do. It's so much fun playing around with unit patching to tilt the odds in your favor. Graphically, I didn't think it was anything special in the screenshots prior to playing. But now having played it, they are beautiful. Starship Troopers is one of my favorite movies, and I even read Heinlein's book. Seeing the Federation troops blasting bugs, watching the green blood and fragments of the bugs flying off is just awesome. And that's it. That's what this game is. Awesome. Can't wait to beat the campaign and then buy the DLC to get even more time with this gem. If you are interested and would like to know more, just sign up and buy it. You won't be disappointed.

fantastic game, i wish it wasn't arrow keys by default but that's small potatoes. territory mode is a little frustrating but the main game and the two DLC at time of writing are fun and fit nicely into the films writing and style. solid recommend.
I did my part and shall continue to do my part!
A decent, light RTS
why are you readin this go buy the game already.
I realy like the game, nice units, tought game play and fun singel player! worth your time
Feels kinds of clunky and unpolished ... maybe a good grab on sale
I struggled to get into this game initially. I think at its core it is a very streamlined RTS and so if you allow yourself you can quite easily breeze through most of the missions. The fun began when I increased the difficulty to 4 or 5 stars and started prioritizing the achievements of each mission. This extra challenge forced me to approach missions more strategically and really helped improve my experience. I recommend, especially at its gracious pricing.
Macht zwischendurch einfach mal Spaß der mobilen Infanterie beizutreten.
