The Bug menace is spreading. Retake and rebuild strategic bases, construct refineries, and complete high-stakes objectives to wrest control from the swarm. With massive maps featuring unique environmental hazards—from the blinding sandstorms of Valaka to the volcanic hellfire of Agni Prime—every mission is a desperate struggle for humanity’s future.
16-Player Co-Op: Coordinate between your squads to defend objectives, gather resources, and build the ultimate fortress.
Strategic Base Building: Use the refined ping system and building tools to erect walls, towers, and ammo stations in real-time.
The Carnage System: Experience the visceral reality of war as Bug corpses pile up, creating persistent physical terrain that changes the battlefield.
Intense Class-Based Combat: Master six distinct classes, each with deep progression, unique weapons, and specialized perks.
Dynamic Environment: The Bug menace is not the only thing you’ll have to contend with. The game features a time of day and dynamic weather system, which can help or hinder your cause.
The Ranger (Assault Infantry)
The Ranger is the premier boots-on-the-ground combatant, built for speed and agility. Equipped with a specialized jetpack, Rangers can rapidly traverse the battlefield to scout objectives or execute hit-and-run strikes. They excel in close-quarters combat, utilizing a versatile arsenal to keep the swarm at bay while maintaining high survivability. Whether flanking a Tiger Elite or rushing to a distant refinery, the Ranger’s mobility ensures they are always where the fighting is thickest. For the Trooper who wants to stay nimble and lethal, the Ranger is the ultimate tip of the spear.
The Sniper (Marksman/Recon) The Sniper serves as the eyes and ears of the Vanguard. Utilizing jump jets to reach high vantage points, they provide unparalleled reconnaissance and long-range fire support. Armed with the Morita XXX Sniper Rifle, they specialize in neutralizing high-priority threats like Plasma Grenadiers and Gunners before they can decimate the squad. The Sniper’s role is critical for identifying incoming waves and ensuring the team isn't blindsided. By perching atop mountains of dead bugs or high ridges, they can turn the hostile environment into a hunter's paradise, picking off Arachnids with surgical precision.
The Demolisher (Explosives Specialist) When the swarm becomes an impenetrable wall, the Demolisher breaks it. This class is an expert in all things explosive, trading subtlety for raw, area-of-effect destruction. Carrying a heavy mortar system on their back and a variety of grenade launchers, they can evaporate entire packs of Drones and Warriors in a single volley. The Demolisher thrives in high-pressure sieges, using their "Watkins Trigger" to clear out bug-infested zones. They are the heavy hitters necessary for holding the line during extraction, ensuring that no matter how many bugs arrive, they leave as green mist.
The Guardian (Heavy Defense) The Guardian is the Federation’s foremost defensive juggernaut. Clad in hardened armor plates and wielding the Morita MK3 SAW, they are built to anchor the frontline. Their core ability, Siege Mode, allows them to hunker down, increasing defensive stats and weapon stability at the cost of mobility. This makes them human turrets, capable of suppressing massive hordes while protecting more fragile teammates. If a base wall falls, the Guardian stands in the gap. They don't just kill bugs; they hold the ground that the Federation has paid for in blood.
The Engineer (Support/Logistics) The Engineer is the master of the base and the backbone of logistics. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing the structures that keep the Vanguard alive. Engineers repair fortifications faster than any other class and can deploy specialized tools like flamethrowers and mines to create lethal choke points. Beyond construction, they manage the team's resource flow, ensuring ammo stations are stocked and defenses are reinforced during the heat of battle. A good Engineer doesn't just build a base; they turn a simple outpost into an impenetrable fortress of death.
The Medic (Support/Healing) Whenever a Trooper is down, the Medic is there to save the day. Equipped with a Medical UAV drone and stim-launchers, they can provide critical healing and long-distance revives even in the middle of a chaotic firefight. While every Trooper can perform a basic revive, the Medic does it faster and more effectively, keeping the squad’s combat effectiveness at its peak. They are the glue that holds the 16-player team together during prolonged missions, ensuring that every Trooper makes it home.
The Carnage System introduces a revolutionary persistent body system where defeated bug corpses no longer vanish. As you slay hundreds of Arachnids, their bodies pile up, creating literal mountains of gore, which can either be a help or hinderance, depending on the situation.
Gameplay Impact:
Dynamic Terrain: Dead bugs have full-body collision. These piles create new ramps that allow living bugs to climb over your walls, or provide Troopers with new high-ground vantage points.
Obstacles: Piles of corpses can block your line of sight or obstruct your path to extraction, forcing you to use explosives to clear the landscape.
Strategic Realism: You must manage the carnage. Ignoring a massive pile of dead bugs at your gate might give the next wave the perfect staircase right into your base!

This is a fairly unique PvE/co-op FPS and I hope they keep it going/add to it. It's challenging enough that I've rarely not finished a round, but I have definitely gotten sweaty making it to extraction. It's not Helldivers - you are nothing and no one - you need to work with your whole team and thankfully, everyone I've met so far has been helpful. The base building is a bit janky but the shooting and the classes are varied enough for most people's playstyle. The bugs are terrifying to me for some reason. The solo missions are terrible though. I really, really wanted to enjoy this game, but the more I play, the less desire I have to continue having this game installed. Meaningless updates, the added content is not engaging at all, the gameplay loop is good for about 30 hours maximum, god awful optimization that keeps getting worse, no developer communication with the community and a terrible "I know better" mentality with no roadmaps, no interactions, bad issue focus and needless changes. There are good things to say about the game, but for every one good thing, I can say 3 negative: + Great visuals - Terrible performance - Disabling RT disables ALL shadows - Why have static corpses of bugs on some maps? Just why? It ruins so many things... + Gun "feel" feels true to the movies - Every weapon type feels the same, all SMG,Rifles,LMG's feel like the same gun, but with a different ammo pool and firing rate - Low verity, some weapons are just not usable - Constantly going to resupply is annoying, it doesn't bring any challenge, just annoyance + Bug design is AMAZING! - Enemy type is literally 7 bugs (reskinned fighters I don't count) - They behave like zombies instead of an intelligent hive + Gameplay is responsive, when there is no desync - Desync happens 70% of the time - Super repetitive and dull - All modes are the same, you shoot the bugs... Ow and collecting canisters of disappointment There are more things to say, but there is no need. Game has been out for almost 2 years now, and not a single significant POSITIVE changes has been made, I believe I can call this a dead game. I'm really sorry to write a negative review, but this is how I feel, disappointed. The game CAN be great, but it should be handed off to another developer or contractors should be hired to outsource some of the much, much needed work. Hats off to not making any cash grab DLC (I disagree with the people calling this game a cash grab), but this honorary act doesn't change anything.
Extremely laggy, and will lag your entire computer, even outside the game, it will lag your browser, and your apps. WASTED 40 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DOLLARS
Ну типа ок, есть куда расти, надеюсь игра не сдохнет в ближайший год
neat in concept but the atrocious performance makes it difficult to enjoy at all. every match feels like the whiskey outpost scene from the first film which is awesome, but constant frame drops and a general clunky/buggy feel don't allow for a solid unimpeded experience. i didn't even get around to trying the singleplayer but i've heard nothing but either disappointment or outright negativity surrounding the quality of that mode
我们需要更多地图,更多新枪新装备,新虫子!!!
pay to win recently added to a game thats dying.
I spent 100 hrs on this game that i had to leave a review now. I love the game a lot but i can't give it a thumbs up and can't recommend it to anyone yet... This is the most and number 1 laggiest game I've ever played. The game run smooth but the server is so bad there's not a single match where i don't get any lag spikes, running delay (where it keeps teleporting 1 step back when running), delay hits and etc. You ain't just fighting arachnid bugs but you're also fighting for game breaking bugs as well.

the guns in this game are some of the most ugly looking gun designs i have ever seen in any game, but gameplay is decent so it gets a pass
