Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 27 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I am not an expert reviewer, but I want to add my 2 cents because of the review bombing this game has had. Like many of the people playing here bf1 and 2 were my favorites games back when they came out. I have probably played those games in the hundreds or thousands of hours when I was in school. I still enjoyed playing these games on steam because I no longer have my console. The other versions of these games which are on steam are much cheaper and smaller downloads. However, they are somewhat buggy. They don't play super well on steam deck and the vehicles tend to fly around rather than driving smoothly. This causes me to steer clear of any vehicle maps on the other versions. When I heard the SWBFCC came out I was excited, but decided to steer clear because of the backlash it received. I purchased this on 10% off sale during the Winter 2024 sale. I was weary of the reviews, but I noticed that among the negative reviews most people are not using any detail or explaining specific issues. Most are simply bashing the game. Some reviews due make valid points however which I will list. I will add what my experience was after playing for a while and completing a game of galactic conquest. 1. Graphics glitches: From what I can see its a couple of floating droids and a few glitched textures in the skybox. 2. Download size: It is a bigger download than the other two games sold separately but is currently at 30 gigs when I checked at the time of this review which I think is less than at launch. 3. Multiplayer not working: Multiplayer appears unpopulated at the time of me playing. 4. Ai: The AI is not great, but not very different than I can remember from playing the older versions of this game. In BF1 the enemy AI will instantly jump away if you snipe at them and BF2 the AI will stand in your way as you attack enemies. The AI has never been great, but is certainly not any worse in this collection. I did find one annoying issue. If you unlock the award rifle and respawn, you do not have to option to switch to it. This essentially makes it impossible to use the base weapon if you unlock the award weapons. You spawn with the award weapon in hand rather than the base weapon. Not a serious issue and it can be circumnavigated if you dont like the award weapons. For example I don't like the beam rifle which is unlocked for the sniper class. There are certainly some issues with this collection, but none are gamebreaking in my opinion. I will take a guess as to why this game has so many low reviews. Again I didn't play at launch so some issues may be patched out at the time of this writing. OPINION: I think neither the fans nor the developer are necessarily to blame. The dev probably thought this would be a simple task, just get a version of the game up and running and work out some glitches and technical support, add controller support, steam deck support, splitscreen etc. They probably did not expect the waves of fans flocking to this game for its immense nostalgia and fun. And of course these fans are scarred from the complete destruction of the star wars franchise in nearly all aspects over the last several years. Polarizing movies, games and disrespect to this franchise have nearly brought star wars to its end. But this game predates that. Fans are tired of being mistreated and a mishandling of battlefront would be a major violation. What I can say is at the time of me playing, is that its not too bad. It certainly fixing issues from the other versions currently available online, particularly vehicle combat and flying. Im excited that I can use my steamdeck dock to play this with controllers on the tv like I did years ago. There are quirks, but many of them existed in the original game which I loved. It upsets me that this game got the rap that it did. I would love to see development continue. It would be great if we could get more improvements to the UI, more maps crossed between 1 and 2, and maybe a map pack.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

One of the easiest W’s completely fumbled by a badly shoddily done port Even if the game was ever fixed there’s no cross play so good luck finding a match, even if you really like the single player side there’s no online coop campaign or other methods Just play the originals
I hesitated for a long time before buying Battlefront Classic Collection because of the negative reviews, but I’m glad I finally did, it doesn’t disappoint. It runs great on the Steam Deck, with smooth gameplay and noticeably improved graphics. Yes, it's an old-school experience, but it's still a lot of fun, especially in handheld mode. I'm happy I gave it a chance! While multiplayer is available, the player base is limited, making solo play the main attraction. The game features a vast array of maps and content, allowing you to pilot various vehicles and engage in large-scale battles that capture the essence of Star Wars. Despite its age, it retains many elements that define the newer Battlefront titles. Given that the latest Battlefront games aren't compatible with the Steam Deck, this collection stands out as the best way to enjoy the series on the go. If you're a Star Wars fan with a Steam Deck, this is a worthy addition to your library.
honestly Aspyre ruined this game they broke the campaign broke the AI and sold us a remake with nothing done and no online coop if anything Aspyre are a bunch of scammers.
It uses the pre existing multiplayer infrastructure version but runs worse than a game from nearly 20 years ago. It is a objectively crap mod
Aspyr should be ashamed. "I don't understand why this game has so many bad reviews, I haven't had any issues" Try reading.
My review tells you everything you need/want to know: +Exact Same as 2005 versions (main menu looks like console version) +Nobody plays multiplayer +No co-op campaign +Slightly better AI +Steam achievements, badges, and profile wallpaper So go ahead and get this if you meet some of the following: +Have hope (but not good hope like the rebellion had) that multiplayer will be alive one day +Want to 100% the achievements and post it on your profile +Want Star Wars profile badge/wallpaper +Want to run an all-nighter instant action with a friend +Don't already have the old ones.
I put in the hours, its more of a broken cash grab then you think. I have unlimited internet and still mad I downloaded this mess. Not surprising at all last time I went online, not a single person was in a game. Happy May the 4th.
