Fun for a few runs. Then it gets repetitive. But I spend a solid 30 hours having fun.
Great if you like management/strategy and Star Trek Voyager. Its pretty faithful to the series.
This game is only fun if you're deeeeeep deep deep into resource management. It's hard to enjoy the story elements, or exploration (you know, the heart of the key concept of Star Trek and Voyager specifically) when the interruptions of a low resource, a morale issue, or tech issue, or random crew request pops up. If you don't finish the first chapter with everything perfect it' really hard to come back from it. I know, I know-- GIT GUD, adjust difficulty, etc etc. I'm willing to admit this just isn't my kind of game. It's just too relentless with throwing things at you and there's so much to keep track of that you just don't have a chance to enjoy the game.

Every market we collect.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great and nostalgic to revisit one of my favourite sci-fi series. Weird balancing though - like the random battles difficulty depends on your mercs so maybe don't get them? Also, ignore Chakotay and just wait out as long as resources will allow to give you more research time... The benefits of save scumming are wild. But I love the chapter logs from Robert Duncan McNeill and Tim Russ <3. The game won't tell you when you're not doing ~free things like crafting and research. Incredibly frustrating at times to rewind so you don't somehow abandon crew in other sectors. Temu replacements are hillarious. Love you always Nine of Nine. You keep working on that humanity. 7.5/10 Through Captain Ransom. Edit: Actually I got stuck on Ransom and I restarted. Man... it gets WAY easier if you just start upgrading your warp core early on. So that said, not a lot of replay value, because most of the time, you're just following the script of the show, except occasionally being a ♥♥♥♥ to keep some special tech that lets you 100% rolls later. I completed the game and I want so much to say it was great and recommend it to non Voyager fans, but I can't... there's too much fussy nonsense, like when you do Uprising, and you're trying to do the Echeb mission, so you stack up Borg and don't drop them off, when you end the quest, you get the option to kick 5,10,25,50,75, or ALL the borg off your ship.... well, I had 170 so.... I was stuck with like 100 for the rest of the game. I kept enjoying failing resource gathering and having people die because fewer mouths to feed. Amazing to me that in the end, we get the final Captain's log in complete silence because still no Kate Mulgrew, who is still VAing as Katherine Janeway these days.
This game sadly has a very "Mobile" feel to it. The only thing it's lacking is a store to buy packs from. That being said if you just want to enjoy the story and dialog and making certain choices to nudge them home faster or blaze your own path back home it's ok. I was expecting more and I could see how they could expand this game from everything to the ships profile and room placement to the system overview and scanning. The fights are alright you can either engage or let the game auto solve the combat for you. I don't understand they it runs so clunky with graphics and such as your really just going through a selection of different prompted screens dialog sections and resource collection. You can see the budget and thought that went into this game. I can recommend this game as a casual play.
I like it prob the best star trek game i played
玩一会发现还是挺无聊的
Excellent game. If you love Star Trek for Plot & story, character development, mission planning and decision making, weighing pros and cons and the ethics of a situation then this may be the best star trek game ever made. I love the fact that you can do better or worse than Janeway in the game. I am going to have to replay the game to see if I can get the ultimate victory outcome rather than an above average outcome. the main deficiency is a lack of voice work. Special thanks to Tuvok and paris and their actors for their chapter intros which let me know my speakers were working. I would recommend getting either AI rights, or hiring a knockoff actor if the main actor such as Janeway/Mulgrew is too expensive. The end sequence without janeway takes a big hit from it being purely written text. But honestly, this is the most startrek experience I've ever played and I'd love to see other startrek series played out in this format (TOS, DS9, TNG, Enterprise.)
TLDR: 7/10 paid bought on sale and would buy it again on sale. So im trying to decide where i sit on this game. i got really into it and loved every moment of it. reliving the story of voyager was a ton of fun for the 15 hrs of game play that it was. i got the game on sale so i didnt spend the full price on it and i think for that it was a good buy. i think i wouldnt spend more than $25 on this game. As good as it is, it does leave a lot to be desired. the voice acting, was present, but limited. the story missions and away missions are fun. the ship building limitations are not fun. the ultra need to micro energy, crew and proper placement of layout adds a layer of complexity that is neither fun nor inviting.
If you're a fan of Star Trek, it's a fun trip down memory lane. If you're a fan of resource management sims, maybe give this a pass. This game is way too reliant on random chance and way too scant on tutorial info. Entire storylines and characters can be missed if you happen to make a seemingly insignificant dialogue choice or fail a skill check because your 95% chance wasn't good enough. At least the game provides ample opportunities to save scum if that's your thing. Pick it up if you're a fan, but otherwise you can wait for a sale.
