Adorable and the art takes me right back to... before my time?

Hay mucho encanto en este juego, sobre todo en la estética general y los personajes, pero es demasiado corto y el diseño de niveles es muy poco interesante. Solo recomiendo si estás desesperado por jugar algo que parezca sacado de una Game Boy. Aun así, cuando haya un descuento probaré la secuela.

Just a really cute little platformer. The whole inking gimmick is neat and it leads to some cool puzzle bits later on and an actual pretty sick boss battle (both in the same library level actually) and there is the obvious adorable charm present throughout the entire thing. There's not much more I could say about it but I don't think the game set out to be much more than a solid gameboy era platformer and what it does it does well especially at the price. Also I played this to break up my Dusk playthrough after getting too scared by the wendigos and it helped :)

This is a short but charming platforming adventure game that looks and feels like a forgotten gem from the Game Boy era. There isn't much challenge here, but given the cost, this is a more than pleasant way to spend an hour or two. If some easy-to-pick-up retro fun sounds appealing to you, definitely check out Squidlit!

Squidlit is a good game with good music! Really encapsulates the original gameboy style and uses the limited buttons in a greaat way! 9/10

good short Gameboy inspired game.

100% Achievement Review Fun game done up as an old game boy game. Its a pretty simple platforming game, as most gameboy games were back in those days. You have the ability to jump, ink, and squiggle. Ink is your primary attack which can only be done while jumping and you'll attack downwards at the enemies. Squiggle is just dancing and you can make the other squids dance with you if you go near them. There's a few bosses, including one that really made me think. The only thing I disliked was the speed run achievment. I'm an achievement hunter but I absolutely HATE speed run achievements. I have ADHD and can easily get distracted away from the games i play and it completely ruins a speed run if I get distracted even for a second. This ones speed run is particularly tight.

good game, only thing i dont like about this game is that there is no saving :'(
