Jeszcze wczoraj grałem w Spyro The Dragon na moim starym PSX, przygotowując się na premierę. Czekałem cały dzień i się doczekałem, grafika piękna, wszystko świetnie zoptymalizowane dzięki czemu bez problemu śmiga na ultra. Już jestem pewny że przynajmniej pierwszą część naszej trylogii skończę na 100% (już nie mogę się doczekać Tree Tops ). Jednak to co mnie zaskoczyło najbardziej to w pełni polska wersja, nawet smoki są zdubbingowane. Ciężko mi wymienić jakąś wadę, nawet cena choć może się wydawać duża, to należy nie zapominać o tym że w sumie to dostajemy 3 części gry z dzieciństwa. Poziom trudności gry może się miejscami wydawać większy, przygotowując się do naszej trylogii, grałem w Spyro The Dragon i np. pościgi za złodziejaszkami udawało mi się zakończyć znacznie szybciej niż ma to miejsce w nowej wersji. Podobną zmianę w poziomie trudności zauważyłem w psach pasterskich, na które możemy się natknąć przy pierwszym bossie. Grając w starego Spyro biegałem na szarży w kółko zionąc przy tym ogniem i przypiekając pieski, ta sama taktyka nie zadziała jednak tutaj, pieski zdają się być znacznie celniejsze i skakać na większe dystanse (choć to może być subiektywne odczucie), dodatkowo zdarzyło mi się że jeden z nich trafił mnie podczas gdy byłem w powietrzu (w trakcie skoku), czego nie uświadczyłem w oryginale. Jednak by być fair muszę wspomnieć że poziomy latające wydawały mi się nieco łatwiejsze, a to one najczęściej spędzały mi sen z powiek w dzieciństwie ;). Grafika została oczywiście dopieszczona na maxa, ale najbardziej muszę przyznać że podobają mi się wrogowie, którzy wraz z odnowionym wyglądem zyskali także na charakterze. Bez problemu mogę polecić tę grę zarówno młodym jak i starym, tym którzy grali w oryginalną trylogię, ale także tym którzy jeszcze nie mieli styczności z naszym fioletowym przyjacielem.
