Wanted to like it but just couldn't find it fun, kept getting beaten for whatever reason, either being a bad gamer or the game itself or both

Fantastic little game; like a boxy, bloody Binding of Isaac that *I* can enjoy! I usually skim over most indie roguelikes, but this one really grabs me for a couple of reasons: A.) The levels are attractive and the floor layout is truly random (you can spawn next to the exit, if you're equipped to fight the boss). B.) It's extremely fun to experiment with the fists and dips, trying to find a style that works for both you and the area. C.) The aesthetic is cute, but not obnoxious, the writing is enjoyably slangy, and everything is breakable. Some caveats: A) Audio cues for traps are a bit hard to make out while engaged with a ton of bad folks. B) It took me a while to figure out that you weren't really giving up your fist at the fist portal. All in all, a great game that I plan to go back and actually finish.

Cartoony nonsense! It's a roguelite that doesn't overstay its welcome: I was able to beat it for the first time in a few hours, but there's plenty of room for replaying and grinding out upgrades if you want more. It's cute and colorful and offers a bunch of different "fists" to play in different ways... although you'll probably find your favorites. And don't worry: the animals are fine.

Excellent. All you need to do is punch. Dodge some stuff also, but mostly, you just punch.

like it but like it need work

A fun Boxing Roguelike interesting combat. you can do knockback and juggle combos in this game. It's a bit short with only four stages, and the bosses are a bit repetitive, but it's a fun title nonetheless. It's also pretty easy to get 100% acheivement on this.

A game that understands fun and strives to bring fun to every pore of this game's being. The voxel art style is very well done and has a lot of attention to detail. The music is solid and even when listening to an area for a lengthy period does not get irritating. The various fists each have purposes and unique attack capabilities. The dips help add additional flavor to the fists and provide a bit of controlled personalization. It is even fun watching enemies walk over the fire traps and fall apart. Some of the most satisfying moments is when the player really learns the different punches to pull off a precise punch in the right moment to get a powerful blow to a foe that shatters to pieces. The bosses are tough to figure out at first but I did not ever feel unfair for my injuries and deaths from those bosses. I would love to see it get more features but that would be extra icing on an already delicious cake.
