With 9 weapon classes, 88 weapon skills, and the infinite traits of your tribesmen, each battle is a thrilling test of skill to be experienced as you fight for survival.
Freedom is at the heart of Soulmask. Play solo at your own pace, team up with friends in co-op, run your own private server with custom rules, or step onto official servers where the stakes are real.

Soulmask is currently best experienced with keyboard and mouse. We're actively working toward full controller and Steam Deck support, with a target of completing this in 2026. If you primarily play on a gamepad, we'd encourage you to wishlist the game and check back once that update lands.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game released as 1.0 still do not have all content implemented and cannot be completed.... this is not acceptable and is a blatant scam!
Good
Este juego tiene mecánicas únicas, y promete mucho más. Vale cada centavo
I agree this game has a lot more work to do in terms of updates - but it sounds like the devs are continuing to hammer away at it and the work does show. The game has a lot of complexity - multiple systems, and although they can feel disjointed, they each individually have work that could be done - but together they work really well. Tribe management is probably the biggest slog - there could be more QOL additions I would love: copying work/position setups from one tribesperson to another, copying and having the ability to modify, instead of just simply reset, armor rack setups, as being able to copy-paste chest setups by point-and-click instead of opening up each box's menu even to paste a copied setup... these would all make the game feel much less grindy in terms of base building. although it sounds like they are working on a base-copy sort of system for those moving from one map to another in a new game, not sure how exactly this is intended to work, but it just shows the deves are continuing to work on making the game more appealing to players. But otherwise the game is so cool to me - you can modify just about anything, like a palworld server game setting - bosses too hard? You can make them easier. Bosses too easy? You can make them harder. Same with random wildlife. And even though there are parts of the game that feel a bit bland, like I wish the world felt a bit more "full" and there was more than just simple ruins and bandit camps, preparing my base for invasions - also able to be customized granularly in terms of frequency, difficulty and sizes - gives me a long term goal even for my base and allows me to feel like I can play the game PvE and have something to work toward more than just fighting bosses, which I always play games like this solo., Modifying my base and tribespeople to be used as an effective tool to strengthen myself as a process feels quite satisfying. Yes, you will spend quite a bit of time looking up systems - they do have a lot of tooltips and quests with guides for basic features, but there is just so much they will take a while building the compendium up, but they have done a lot, and enough to make the game at least pretty fun to play and get your feet on the ground. They are modifying the combat system still, and although it can be a bit janky, I am tired of the mount and blade/skyrim esque combat in every-every-every game, this combat as it is now feels exciting, more brutal and like with any souls-like game, once you get the pattern and buttons down, it is quite strategic in approach. It feels like a hack-and=slash, but there is actually a lot more timing to it. I don't love the paid dlc - and I don't love the fact that i don't have access to most of the dlc content if I don't choose the desert map, but it sounds like they are continuing to work toward streamlining these - so I look forward to see what they do in the future. This game has also been in development for years, so if the paid dlc, which does have a LOT oof content (enough to complain about not having it in the other map), I don't mind paying to help them develop the game further. 50 hours into my first game and I didn't become supremely powerful, but I did get a really good idea of the systems and am moving faster my second playthrough and made the game harder for myself. But the power fantasy is in this game unlike most every other survival-crafting game I've seen with all of the mask powers that come later. so that ends my rant - I'm not expert at putting up reviews so sorry for the mess. Just my thoughts. I think it's worth playing, and I think it will be worth investing in given the devs' continued investment in their players.
