And....more to be disclosed in the future!
At the beginning of the year 2222, a revolutionary technological device proved the existence of a soul which solidified proof of a higher power. The year is now 2973. The vast majority of humanity has been tank-bred over the past centuries due to a highly contagious otherworldly virus that permanently altered reproductive genomes and therefore effectively sterilized most of humanity. A dire consequence of this artificial breeding is that those who are tank-bred are soulless. You are Matthew, one of the soulless, an experimental tank-bred super soldier part of the royal regime task force division. You are sent on your lonesome to investigate a distress signal from a research facility located in Poseidon, a water-rich planet found in "The Black-Eye Galaxy". Luna, who is the Royal Protector of Mars, and her team were sent days before to investigate but communication with them has been lost. This is where your adventure begins.

While this game still has a lot it needs to have added and polished, its potential is exciting and the story feels fresh compared to recent fps games. There's a lot to be said about the content of this game, namely the combat. The fighting felt very rewarding at times but also felt very in your face, without much cover it doesn't feel too tactical but i personally found it enjoyable in that way. The AI likes to run at you with no sense of self preservation, which is its own element but i do hope it gets tweaked and more balanced for realism reasons and gameplay. The combat forced me to be fast and decisive and the shotgun was especially satisfying though. I do wish the aiming was an aim down sights sort of deal but the halo type aiming seems fitting with the setting and has its own charm. The abilities within the game are also quite important but i didnt know when to use them and for the most part held on to them, id like to see them improved and maybe become more of an important part of the game (i could be playing wrong so dont take my word on that). What i enjoyed most about Sophonce was the feeling. It was like playing halo for the first time again, and not in a copy-paste sort of way. Sophonce is new and unique, it has its flaws but it feels fun. One of the few downsides is the amount dialogue too action ration which is a bit high, but when you consider the fact that its early access its reasonable that were getting a taste of both. I really can not wait to see where it goes from here, absolutely recommend for people who want to try something new that feels familiar. *edit: Combat update is great, things feel better than before and are especially satisfying

Absolutely dope game, I loved the play and feel of this game. Super excited for chapter 2!
Nice
PS . FUNZIONA ALLA GRANDE SU BAZZITE.
Pros: -The concept and general idea of the game is nice, it feels like just the right amount of sci-fi -The graphics look polished and fit with the theme of the game, everything feels like it belongs in the same universe. -Combat feels challenging, although sometimes too challenging, enemies seem diverse. -From what i could tell so far, the story seems deep and and enjoyable. -performance is good with little to no stutters Cons: -the game feels like Vsync is always active, there is a major input lag, feels like at least 400-500ms, and it feels like mouse acceleration is always enabled, even if there is no option for that. (yes, i have checked my OS settings) That makes gameplay dissatisfying a lot of the time, in addition to the enemies aimbotting you or getting stuck under/in objects or the floor, these issues made me stop playing the game for now until the next major update, cause i don't want these issues to ruin my experience. -this one is more of a personal preference, but i prefer iron sights/scopes over the weird zooming in this game when ADS. -there is no real explanation on how some of the guns work, for most it is pretty self-explanatory, but nothing on the elements and any special effects they may or may not have. -semi-automatic guns feel capped considering RPM, especially the revolver, and hit feedback is almost nonexistent. TL;DR: it is noticeable the game is in early access, but it has a whole lot of potential, and especially at this price point there is no reason not to try it and see where it goes with future updates.
...bie jetzt gefaellt mir das Spiel sehr gut. Das Preis Leitungsverhaeltnis ist klasse... Wünsch' dem Entwickler viel Glück und Erfolg. !!!
Early access release shows real promise. I think the story line is appealing and I like how the controls are taught slowly as you progress through the game. The fight battles are fun and when things get out of hand...I just slow down time. One of the downsides for me personally is that many of the screens are darker (which supports the scifi horror vibe) so I can only really play game at night...during day, I gotta squint. Definitely worth the $3.99 buy though for sure!
I really enjoyed this, if you're a fan of shooters then this game is a must! The story is interesting and the combat is awesome with tons of options and cool mechanics. Only one chapter out ATM but for 5$ it's well worth it, Can't wait for the rest!
Remove DLSS.
I recommend this Sci-Fi FPS. It is well done and I enjoy it.
