About
Solarpunk is a survival game in a technologically advanced world of floating islands. Alone or together with 4 friends, you can construct buildings, grow food, craft gadgets and explore distant islands with your own airship.
Use sunlight, wind and water to create an energy system and automate your processes like gathering resources and watering your plants.
Design your dream home base with a wide range of materials and decorations. You’re free to build cozy spaces, add tiny details, and make your island feel just like home.
These buildings were crafted by our amazing community in the demo!

Generate electricity using wind and solar energy. Weather conditions affect how much energy you produce, so you’ll need to plan ahead. Store energy in batteries and use wireless power to keep your base running smoothly.

Play solo or with friends. Everyone has their own inventory, and you can decide whether to build something together or create your own little corner in the sky.

In Solarpunk, you live in symbiosis with animals. There is no exploitation, only coexistence. Pigs, for example, will dig up truffles if treated well. Growing fruits and vegetables is your main source of food. Plant seeds in the ground and harvest them once they’re fully grown.

Automate your tasks using transport drones to gather resources, giving you more time to build and explore your skybound home.

Each player can build their own airship. Use it to travel to surrounding islands and discover new resources.

Great game, took us 18 hours to complete co-op. The game has so much potentional to expand into something bigger. It very chill to play because there are no enemies, yea the only enemy there is, is the lightning lol. Co-op worked smooth and seemless, altough a few bugs here and there, where on of us had to relog to get either the steam achievement or the progress in game. The drone system is dope but by the time u have drones for ever island there is nothing to be done anymore anyways at this point. Would love to see more content for the game to keep playing. For a 2 team dev this is awesome.

The core loop centers on upgrading your airship to reach farther islands, but the rewards don't quite match the effort. Pushing your flight range to reach a massive new island only to find basic resources like corn makes progression feel unrewarding. The drive to explore wears off quickly when distant landmarks yield very little content. Essential items like the backpack and its upgrades feel misplaced. Instead of finding them at points of interest—such as a crashed airship or an abandoned outpost—they are scattered randomly on the ground. Finding key equipment ends up happening completely by accident rather than through intentional design or rewarding exploration. Solarpunk has a wonderful premise—building solar-powered setups and flying between floating islands is a peaceful, eco-futuristic dream. However, in its current state, the game feels incomplete.
Super jeu
Visually very pretty. Can't believe the airships can't be flown together... Huge miss
me and my man were so exited for this game to come out but it did not live up to my expectations. multiplayer is so very buggy, it very much feels like the game still is or *should be* in early access and it's just overall not worth your or my 20 euros yet
