About
In Sol Cesto, your goal is to descend through the levels of a randomly generated underground world, diving ever deeper in search of the sun, lost for countless years. On the combat grid, choose one of four rows to move into. You'll then land randomly on one of the four tiles in that row: will it be a monster that harms you? A chest full of gold? Or perhaps a deadly poison trap? Anything can happen…
It’s up to you to weigh the risks of each tile as you clear the screen. Of course, your character will grow stronger, and magical items, special powers, and sinister curses will help you bend the odds in your favor and keep fate on your side.
5 biomes to explore, each hiding monsters and traps with unique behaviors
7 characters with distinct powers, stats, and abilities
Stone teeth that change the game’s rules and probabilities to tip the scales in your favor
Metal teeth that trigger devastating curses and combos
A wide range of items to eliminate enemies or escape dangerous situations
The strange underground inhabitants, some of whom may share their secrets with you
And many more surprises…

Jogo simples mais divertido, cada personagem ter um final e uma historia por traz da um ar de mistério. Recomendo para quem gosta do gênero de jogo.
Fun and fast paced. For some characters you need to be quite lucky at the beginning of the game or the run will end pretty quickly but that's not too much of a problem since the gameplay loop is so short. Great artstyle
Good roguelite, amazing art style. Plays great on the Steam Deck, even though I was initially skeptical since I usually don't like using the trackpads but hey. It's quite imbalanced, though. I get that the Peasant is a joke character, and as soon as I unlocked the Knight I didn't really see a reason to play anyone else. Permanent upgrades feel pretty slow at first, and then they start to compound and eventually you basically steamroll every run. Super fun overall, but once you beat it there's not much value to replay another character.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

★★⯪☆☆ - Sol Cesto : an unbalanced game ... ... And it pisses me off to say it. Even though the game has a distinctive art style—with an intro that got me excited to play—once the initial surprise wears off, the game suffers from too much imbalance to be enjoyable. An imbalance: - regarding the characters: with some, you can get out by using strategy, while others rely entirely on luck; - regarding the game itself: at times, the game wants you to lose and there is no way to counter it (the luck involved in which monsters appear on the boards, plus the luck of the spaces you land on). And above all, there’s an imbalance in the progression: for at least five hours, you don’t lose because you’re bad at the game; you lose because you lack the full range of abilities the game offers. And as for getting the true ending
completing a total of six successful runs (one to reach the gate, four to unlock it, and one to beat the final boss)
that’s a no from me. It all reflects a good game concept that’s been stretched out to the limit (unnecessarily) just to make it last as long as possible. Useless. A short, easy game isn't necessarily a bad one. Verdict: Afterthought, I think this game is worth a try because a lot of work went into it (music, design, mechanics...). But on the other hand, the imbalance is too pronounced. That’s why you need to form your own opinion by playing the game. It's not a bad game, but it's not a good game either.
The game is beautiful; I can't wait to keep playing and see if there's an answer as to why the moon shines when the sun isn't there—since the moon lights up when sunlight hits its surface. A really great game!
Great luch/RNG roguelike, good mechanics and vibe
perfect mix of silly, beautiful (music and visuals) and fun gameplay
Fajna, mała gierka.
This game is a lot of fun, but honestly the best part about it is the weird/misterious atmosphere.
