Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley

This was such a fun game!! It took me about 6 hours to finish the main story and an extra hour and a bit to finish getting all of the achievements I wasn't paying close attention to while playing the game naturally. The aesthetic is very cute, I love that it's hand-drawn, and while I wasn't familiar with the moomins before playing, I came to love this world and the characters in it. The story was very fun and each character had their own personality that added to the experience. You spend the game exploring and completing tasks that make you run all around the map. The tasks vary between easy ones and the kind that make you think extra hard to figure out. Just make sure you're always grabbing collectibles! Overall a very pleasing experience, very cozy. 10/10, would recommend.

I beat Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley in an afternoon yesterday, and I absolutely adored every single moment. Snufkin has always been my favorite Moomin character, and wandering around the valley, filling it with crime, as one might say... I adore this. There are stealth sections that make me want to call it "Metal Gear: Moomin", and they are a delight. The puzzles aren't difficult, either, it's really earned that Family-Friendly tag. There's a moment in this game that I won't spoil, but....my expectations were subverted, in a game where I didn't think that could happen. Now I'm off to play the dlc. Come join us in Moominvalley. You won't regret it.

It's such a lovely game! Brought me back to old time when dad used to read me Moomins as a bedtime story. Seeing some of my favourite characters brought to life in this game made me feel very nostalgic. The whole storyline is really sweet and fits right into the series. The art is gives a really cozy vibe and the music makes the whole journey a very fun experience. All in all - a really fun and sweet experience and i'm happy about purchasing the game :))

É um jogo muito relaxante, repleto de paisagens bonitas, sons da natureza e músicas calmas. Além disso é bem rápido de terminar, em um dia zerei uma vez e gostei tanto que decidi jogar novamente. A arte é muito linda e transparece o carinho que foi colocado no jogo na hora que estava sendo idealizado, e para finalizar o final tem uma mensagem muito linda e importante para os tempos atuais: a importância de protegermos a natureza. Recomendo para quem gosta de jogos para relaxar após um dia cheio, quem curte gameplays mais aceleradas e caóticas que joguem a adrenalina para cima provavelmente não irá curtir.

As a lifelong fan of Moomins, this just didn't do it for me for a couple of reasons. My review is more "neutral" than "negative". Cons: - A bit repetitive and not much variety in level design & puzzles. - Quite a lot of running around even for just small things to do (if you're a completionist) - The music. Personally it started to annoy me at some point. - Movement, like jumping and aiming was a bit janky. Pros: - Very beautiful and cute game. - Loyal to the origin materials. At the end I just wished the game to end, as it turned boring and it hadn't really given me anything worth while.

I love Moominvalley and this game just encaptures the beauty of the show wonderfully. It is adorable, funny and deep and I loved everything about it!

太好玩了，但是就是有些关键情节，需要及时存档，要不然无法返回。而且修船去树精岛的时候建议，把姆明岛上的支线任务做完，再去树精岛，可能会好一点。真的很好玩，建议冬促和夏促的时候买便宜，这部很好玩，第二部也很好玩。

This is a game I want to play with my 8 y o granddaughter - and to make sure that was OK I play it first. and it is SO good!!! Adventurous, cute and cosy. AND in my language, which is rare to find as a Dane.
