Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 11 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a great game, even if a bit janky. Worth the playthrough, even if done just to be able to say you've beaten every game in the series.
I honestly just repurchased it for the nostalgia. This was one of those childhood games I loved watching my brother play. Of course, after years of playing newer-generation games, the graphics look pretty bad now, LOL—but the writing back then was so much better. Just a raw, memorable story. It’s unfortunate that we’re in the Gen Z gaming era now, where every game has to be super fast-paced or it dies out. But this game will forever have a place in my heart. It felt great playing through it again, reliving those memories with my broski.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Controls have aged liked fine milk, making it feel like you're walking on ice. Otherwise the game is good fun.
The game that started a really good WW2 franchise! I got this game in primary school, because a colleague got it as a gift on a magazine, but was not playing games, so they gave it to me, and I loved it from the start. The graphics do look now dated, but are still beautiful, walking through the ruins of Berlin in the dying breath of WW2 and the russian army getting closer and closer to finish the remnants of the german army. The whole point of this game, the sniping, is done beautifully: - The different types of rifles you come across the game - The distances slowly increase every level - Bullet drop, wind, heart-rate, everything influences every shot you take - Set pieces of providing covering fire to your allies are action packed and fun - Stealth also works nicely, being able to use a suppressed gun, and move the bodies away to not attract the attention of any other guard that may pass through - The traps you can leave behind you as cover or to stop vehicles in their tracks(the trip wire grenades being so satisfying to use) Also, as always, some cons: - The level design feels at times repetitive: some are 100% unique, but some(probably due to the limitations of the time) use the same textures and structures, and feels like you never left the first stage, but the streets being so different and weather changing do manage to make up for it. - The single most annoying: which is the ice skating walking. Clearly the movement system was not meant for this kind of purpose, with your character constantly sliding and it feels hard to control when you need to move faster - Enemies sometimes have deadly accuracy even though they are far from you, and use automatic weapons, and can drain your HP in seconds Overall, it is a game worth playing, and of course, the entry point in the franchise!

Not a good game. You can definetely play only from the V2 onwards and lose nothing. The game is unfair and unbalanced. There are bots that spawn out of nowhere in an area you just cleared for no reason, and they always know your location 100% of the time no matter if you remained stealthy the entire mission. On top of that, the ballistics are unrealistic and linear, and the scope doesnt scales up the bullet drop markings with the zoom, so for every zoom level the markings are different, which completely turns off your aim. The damage is totally unrealistic, enemies tank bullets to the chest like its nothing, and they can accuratelly hit you with submachineguns while on the move from 100+ meter away, meanwhile your pistol and machinegun basically stop working from above 10 meter of distance. The gewehr and SVT, which carry 10 bullets irl, only have 5 bullets in the game, and the mosin nagant is missing the bolt action reload. The level design is not good, the missions are choppy and its design and tasks are convoluted. This game is unpolished, unbalanced and doesnt rewards stealth. It sucked finishing the campaign, the hardest difficulty felt too easy and too hard the entire time, and hard not in a fair or rewarding way, more like a guy spawning behind you in an area you just cleaned and coming to your position like an omniscient god. One of the worst games Ive ever played in my entire life. And Im not saying this because its old, most of the games Ive played are pre-2010, and I always try to make an analysis based on the time it was released and the technology and techniques avaliable at the time, I would never analyse a game from a modern scope. That being said, this is not a good game I wouldnt recommend it. The only reason I played is because Im a completionist and I like to complete all the games of a game franchise once I start playing one.
No momento em que dou minha nota, nem cheguei a jogar. No entanto sei q vou gostar, pois quando criança jogava muito com meu pai no ps2. Nostalgia pura.
Really awesome game!
The gamefeel is off with this one, I'm not feeling it. Just seems like enemies spawn in like a typical FPS and there's no chance to sniper spot them.
