Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.14/day in the week to Sep 11 → 17.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
NEW OPERATIVE, NEW THREAT, NEW EPIC CAMPAIGN
Offering unparalleled sniping mechanics, stealth and tactical third-person combat, Sniper Elite: Resistance turns the attention of the award-winning series towards a hidden war, far from the front lines, deep within the heart of occupied France.
In a gripping new story that runs parallel with Sniper Elite 5, Harry Hawker, agent of the Special Operations Executive (SOE), takes the lead for the first time as he discovers an insidious new Wunderwaffe - something so powerful, it guarantees the Nazis will win the war.
Working with the French Resistance, this deadly addition to the Reich's arsenal must be eliminated.
Multiple Kill List targets, and different infiltration and extraction points give you an unequalled choice with how to accomplish objectives and create your own playstyle.
The full campaign can also be experienced in co-op. Fight against the Nazi war machine with an ally to share weapons, items and tactical know-how, as well as help each other get back in the fight when you go down during firefights.
VISCERAL X-RAY KILL CAM AND ADVANCED GUNPLAY PHYSICS
The trademark X-ray kill cam returns, showing the true destructive power of every one of your signature shots. Bones deflect bullets to unpredictably rip new paths through enemy bodies and SMGs and pistols also trigger kill cams, showing multiple bullet shots in dramatic slow motion.
To land that shot you will need to think like a true sniper. Factor in rifle stock and barrel options along with gravity, wind and heart rate while you zero your sights on the target.
AUTHENTIC WORLD WAR II WEAPONS AND CUSTOMISATION
The arsenal at your disposal will feature returning franchise favourites as well as a host of new authentic WWII weapons. Picking your loadout will be key to striking down the Reich’s nefarious plans!
Customise your weapon to suit your operating style. Find workbenches scattered around the campaign to customise and upgrade your rifles, secondaries and pistols with new scopes, stocks, barrels, magazines and more. Also remember to pick the right ammo for the right job, whether you need armour-piercing shells or a non-lethal takedown.
PROPAGANDA MISSIONS – BE THE RESISTANCE
Locate unique Propaganda posters across the main campaign and step into the shoes of a French Resistance fighter in all new Propaganda missions. During these scenarios, sneak, snipe and take down enemies to complete time-sensitive objectives and help end the Nazi occupation.
AXIS INVASION MODE
The fan-favourite Axis Invasion mode is back! invade another player’s Campaign as an Axis sniper and engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Whether you stalk your prey, lay an ambush, or run in guns blazing, the threat of invasion provides a new dimension to the campaign’s challenge.
TENSE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER
When you’ve mastered your rifle, customise your character and loadout as you take the fight online in competitive 16-player battles to earn XP, medals and ribbons.
If competition isn’t your style, you can also team up with up to 3 other players against waves of enemies in Survival mode.
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, PlayStation, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Look, I normally really like the Sniper Elite franchise, ok? Like, I've spent literal days on individual maps trying to optimize my route, get achievements, find collectibles, and things like that in past SE games. Sniper Elite Resistance is pretty bad. It feels like an afterthought, as if the developers were like, "Hey, we have some European assets lying around, let's shove them onto some maps with half-assed buildings, missing polygons, and objects you should be able to move through or over but can't because reasons. Then we'll sprinkle a few bad guys here & there, create a new main character with annoying & repetitive lines, add a big bad with zero story (and a stupid death), invent another 'superweapon' threat with zero urgency (and a stupid name) and call it a day." It's only worth buying if it's been *steeply* discounted, including the DLC, and even then only if you're really into the franchise. Otherwise you're buying a game that is buggy as hell, has some ridiculously small maps, and doesn't have nearly enough enemies. The campaign only has eight maps unless you buy the DLC, and whatever story there is isn't engaging at all. I got enough skill points after half the game to fill all the useful skills. The healing skills were almost never used, because the enemy AI is dumb as hell! On top of all that, it's STILL a pain in the neck to check your "service record" to see which collectibles you've gotten. Rebellion, it's pretty clear you're just phoning it in at this point. Either quit the franchise and make something else, or put some real effort into your next Sniper Elite game. Please.

The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Very lazy low effort game. Worst in the series. Ai is absolutely terrible. Enemies instantly forget you existed, if you are downed. Recycled survival maps from 5. Opening cutscene has a German 88mm cannon firing like it's a belt fed mg, and the gunner is basically T-posing in the seat. Story has never been the point of these games, but this had some really dumb moments. Final mission is a suicide mission for absolutely no reason. Character is just gonna stand there and die, until he decides to chase after a baddie. Why does the main character look like a homeless bum? Character and enemies get stuck on stairs constantly. No challenges to unlock anything for guns like in 4 or 5. If you just really wanna shoot somebody from a mile away, wait for a HUGE sale.
Worst entry in the franchise to date. Multiple cases of deja vu playing the same level with the same assets. Several maps that are just mazes with no reason to explore. Several maps completely devoid of all life and character. None feel fluid to progress, you feel heavily punished for playing the map in the expected order and there is plenty of ways to completely skip large areas of the map entirely by accident, despite TRYING to do all objectives and look for all workbenches. There is no redeeming features, other than "its just another sniper elite game, hope youre still addicted" I am, but the negative reviews are justified.
Game is good, not great. My complaint is can we please STOP adding kernel level crap (anti-cheat) to the games. They don't work and anyone with a brain knows you don't put anything in the kernel, but the OS. At the very least, make it voluntary so Linux players can play coop/multiplayer games together with their friends in privately hosted game.
Maybe I'm am outlier? But, just maybe this is a company run by a bunch of businessmen who have no idea this is an ART/Movie studio. And they have no idea what they are doing? I hate the propaganda missions. and yes Hate. Content is locked out of the game permanently for me!!! because on the easiest difficulty I can't get to 2000pts on ALL of the Propoganda missions. So I can't unlock attachments and other content. The same goes for the Invasion mechanics of the game. More content I can't unlock because I won't play them. Because well, I can't play them. I don't like PvP it stresses me out clinically. Which means it actually affects my health. Kind of think of it like making a 6 year do herion. Not something that should even happen. So if your still reading the core single/coop game and story is good. Thumbs up, but I have to review the game as a Whole. So you get a thumbs down. Wrong turn guys.
Read a few mixed reviews before purchase and thought: “It’ll be fine.” No. Nononononono. This is nowhere near Rebellion’s level of refinement. These feel like mediocre generic FPS maps on which you’re allowed to play a Sniper Elite game. Some even feel like Deathmatch arenas. I just played a mission with over ten Panzerfausts lying around — and not a single tank anywhere — and entire sections of the map are completely empty, while other areas have enemies that aren’t relevant for progression at all. Most maps are also severely underpopulated. Roughly half the enemy density compared to the last Rebellion title. First map is also the 4th map. Most maps have corridor - arena - corridor. it really shows that Rebellions mechanics are not the mos important aspect of their games, it is their expert mapping skill. We also encountered bugs like enemies shooting through walls (Kees got shot through solid cover), enemy snipers who get killed in a kill cam and then STILL return fire, or completely passive enemies who only react if you run straight into their face. We’re having fun because we’re playing co‑op, but if I had bought this at full price for single‑player, I’d be very unhappy. PS: Why does this thing never go on a deep discount. PPS: I adore the other Sniper Elite games.
Sniper Elite: Resistance feels like the point where the series finally collapses under its own weight. I’ve played every SE (except the first), so I’ve seen the progression - the rough but distinctive second game, the excellent third, the solid fourth, and the already tiring fifth. But this one? This feels like a complete misfire. Sooooo - Resistance just isn’t a good game. The AI is probably the most frustrating part. Enemies can hit you from absurd distances with almost any weapon, with a level of precision that feels completely unfair. This was already an issue in earlier games, but instead of improving it, they somehow made it worse. You can get killed by a random soldier from a distance where it’s hard for you to hit anything even with a sniper rifle. The system for accessing certain areas is another questionable design choice. Items like explosives or crowbars spawn in inconsistent, often inconvenient locations. Sometimes they’re nearby, other times they’re scattered across the map or carried by a random enemy. It gets to the point where restarting from a checkpoint can actually be a more efficient strategy than continuing, which says a lot about how poorly this is handled. Mission design doesn’t help either. Objectives quickly become repetitive, and there’s very little sense of progression or payoff. The campaign is boring, and the main character... well, he has no personality. The story is also a garbage. It clearly shows Nazis as the enemies, which is expected - I mean, Nazis being bad isn’t exactly a big revelation. But here it almost becomes ridiculous. There are no Germans as such, just “NAZIS” everywhere, like everything has been reduced to that one word. It feels like the game is afraid to say directly that this was Nazi Germany. Because of that, there’s no real depth or context behind it. Everything feels very simple, without really exploring the historical background it’s based on. For a game set so strongly in World War II, it ends up feeling strangely disconnected from that setting, almost like it’s trying to avoid fully acknowledging it. What’s most disappointing is that there’s nothing here that really stands out in a positive way. Previous SE always had something going for them — atmosphere, level design, or the satisfying feel of sniping. Resistance, on the other hand, feels empty. Overall, it’s the weakest game in the series — a frustrating and underwhelming experience.
This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage.
I bought this together with SE5. I was having a decent good time with SE5, but man, this game is Not good. Just plain bad. Can barely finish the second mission. The first look at his gang of allies in the cutscene already makes me want to throw up. I am not planning to continue playing. What is going on with western developers nowadays?
