Sniper Elite 3 is a tactical third-person shooter that combines stealth, gameplay choice and genre-defining ballistics with huge, open levels and the exotic terrain of World War 2 North Africa.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 10 → 8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
A competent sniper game that stays consistently on task throughout its runtime. The gameplay is solid, fully embracing the sniper fantasy by providing open-ended playfields with thoughtful enemy placement that lets you approach encounters however you see fit: masking your shots with environmental noise, sneaking in to pick off enemies with a silenced pistol, or going loud before retreating and luring pursuers into carefully laid traps. The game supports all of these approaches with robust mechanics, creating a satisfying gameplay loop that rarely loses sight of what makes sniping enjoyable. That said, there are a few rough edges which can get in the way of your enjoyment. Bodies occasionally despawn for no apparent reason, preventing you from looting them, while the enemy AI remains a little too passive even on higher difficulties, rarely escalating their search or adapting during prolonged standoffs, making it easy to fall into the same rinse-and-repeat tactics and methodically clear an entire garrison. The story, meanwhile, may as well not exist for how thin and stilted it is. Even so, the overall package is a well-crafted experience that never loses sight of its central gameplay conceit. Everything surrounding the core gameplay loop exists to reinforce it rather than distract from it, and that is genuinely commendable in a landscape filled with bloated contemporaries that often seem to embrace the opposite design philosophy.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Bought the SE Collection bundle on sale, IDK, a year ago. Finally got around to playing them again (originally played them on consoles) 1 and 2 are eh, by today's standards, but ok to check out if you want to see how the series evolved. 3 tho, 3 is where they really got it dialed in. And it still holds up today. Might be a bit "lacking", again by today's standards and compared to 4, 5, and maybe Resistance? (haven't played but I'm prob gonna buy it now that I've finished 5) But it's a solid game that's still a good time. Plays well across several Linux distros(Garuda, Bazzite, and naturally SteamOS) via Proton as well. If you've never played a Sniper Elite game before, I either envy your youth, or wonder where you been, but if you are looking to start, I'd say start with 3.
