Reviews
Sniper Elite 3
Rating: 7/10 — A Massive Step Forward for the Series
The Short Version
Verdict: Mechanically, this is a huge upgrade over Sniper Elite V2. While the story is a bit of a letdown and the AI can be "cheaty" on high difficulties, the sheer amount of player freedom and weapon customization makes it a much better game overall.

[th]Category[/th] [th]Rating[/th]

Mechanics Huge Improvement over V2

Customization Deep & Rewarding

Story Subpar / Forgettable

The Evolution of the Sniper
"It’s not just about the shot anymore; it’s about the plan." The jump from V2 to 3 is felt most in the player's hands. The linear "corridor" feel is gone, replaced by sprawling North African maps that actually allow for creativity.

Customization: You get way more weapons and parts to play with. Swapping out stocks, barrels, and reticles isn't just cosmetic it genuinely changes how you handle different missions.
Strategic Depth: With more tools at your disposal, you can finally choose how to tackle an objective. Whether you’re setting traps or finding the perfect nest, the game rewards a methodical approach.
The Narrative Gap: Unfortunately, the story doesn't match the quality of the gameplay. It fails to draw you in and feels like a missed opportunity given the cool historical setting.

The Difficulty Wall
"When the AI stops being smart and starts being psychic." While the AI is generally smarter and more reactive than in previous games, the balancing on Max difficulty is a major point of frustration.

The "Wallhack" Problem: On the highest settings, the AI loses any sense of fairness. You will frequently be spotted through solid objects and walls that offer zero visibility.
Relocation is Key: The game uses a "Ghost" mechanic a white outline of your last known position. If you don't move at least 20-30 meters away after being spotted, the AI will keep firing at that spot (and often "magically" track you through the terrain as you move).

Pro Tip: Masking Your Sound
Don't ignore the environment! It is the most powerful tool in your arsenal on higher difficulties.

Engine Sabotage: Always look for generators or backfiring trucks. Sabotaging them creates a "noise mask" (indicated by a logo at the top of the screen).
The Benefit: This allows you to fire your rifle without alerting the entire map. On Max difficulty, where getting spotted usually means a quick death, timing your shots with these sounds is the only way to stay invisible.

Final Thoughts
Who is this for? Fans of tactical stealth who felt V2 was too restrictive. It’s perfect for players who enjoy "tinkering" with their loadouts and don't mind a story that takes a backseat to the action. Conclusion: Sniper Elite 3 is a solid 7/10. It’s a great example of a sequel that fixes the right problems giving us better mechanics and more freedom even if it trips up on the story and some "cheaty" AI logic.

More!
I don't know what the whole game is like, because my game crashed 6 times at the second mission. I have tried things like downloading the classic launches, adjusting driver settings in the nvidia app and lowering my graphics but that didn't work. If my problem could get fixed by customer support it would be really nice
