About
Slay All Bosses: Idle is an incremental RPG where you take a lowly level 1 hero, barely capable of handling a pack of lesser goblins, and forge them into a legendary slayer able to defeat the deadliest of foes.
Your selected hero fights automatically, attacking enemies and unleashing powerful Weapon Skills. Weapon Skills are tied to the weapon you have equipped, but after enough uses they are permanently learned, allowing you to freely swap weapons and experiment without losing progress.
After every battle, you earn currency used to advance your hero’s skill tree. Skill trees feature a variety of nodes, from raw stat boosts to gameplay-altering passive abilities that redefine how your hero plays.

Each time your hero levels up, they gain Skill Points used to unlock Weapon and Skill Upgrades.
Weapon Upgrades provide additional stat bonuses when equipped.
Skill Upgrades allow you to enhance your learned skills even further. You can add status effects, strike all enemies, and/or reduce cooldown times. Spend Skill Points to transform skills into devastating tools of destruction.
Your hero will face enemies armed with lethal skills and dangerous status effects. Equip accessories to gain passive bonuses and resistances. After enough battles, you’ll permanently learn these passives and can equip them freely, limited only by your hero’s Ability Points (AP). Mix and match learned abilities to adapt to any challenge.
Strategic auto-battles.
15 challenging boss battles.
A satisfying progression loop that seamlessly blends character, weapon, and skill upgrades.

Took me 8.9 h to 100%. I cannot recommend this game. I don't mind the idea of actually idling and just watching the game happen (the only "gameplay" here is upgrading, combat happens on its own), but to 100% this game you need to do 3 runs, one with each of the available classes (Swordmaster, Sorceress, Assassin). There is no prestige system or anything of the like to speed up subsequent runs of the game, meaning every single run I had to start from scratch and they were completely separate from any other runs. Doing the same thing from scratch multiple times just makes it feel like a chore. Not only would this game be perfect for a simple prestige system but there are already 2 systems in place that could easily speed up subsequent runs and act in this role. Every location you fight in can be levelled up to lvl 10, with every lvl-up allowing you to choose a bonus among 3 options (like EXP +5% or Gold +2%). These bonuses only work in the locations you got them for. Simply have these bonuses carry over to subsequent runs and allow us to respecc them in case we want to change them on another run. Another system is the gems. From a certain stage on, when defeating the area boss, you get 50 gems and can get a variety of buffs, from minor to very strong (and one increasing the dmg enemies do for some reason). This would be awesome if it were to just carry over to new runs, making them less of a hassle. If these 2 things would act as meta progression spanning all runs I could give the game a much more generous review. As it stands though, it feels like this isn't the case to pad out playtime, intentional or not. In addition to that, there are buffs you can get to increase physical damage against a certain type of enemy (like beasts, insects, dragons etc.). Though there are also enemy types that don't have buffs like this (Goblins and Faeries come to mind). Add to that the fact that after a certain later stage the game will just recycle the same enemies instead of having new areas have new enemies as is the case starting out. This gives the impression there were plans for the game to have more content that were scrapped to finish the game quicker. For some reason, the last 3 stages also don't give any loot/xp, so if need to upgrade more, you have to go back a bit. I don't really understand why. All in all, while I love the nostalgic style, the game feels too shallow, incomplete and disconnected (lack of meta progression) to me.
I'm gonna be honest, this game isn't... *good*, per se. As others have said, you kind of just sit back and watch numbers go up. The tree is samey, the balancing is questionable, the Assassin literally does not even have a kit that functions in this game (it's based around applying status to yourself... except there is no way to intentionally do that), and most fights boil down to luck and throwing yourself at it repeatedly until you happen to win. ...but the numbers. the effects are satisfying, the SFX are crunchy, the numbers go up... I want more. I played this until 100% completion and I still want more. If the dev makes this, more of this, but with more polish, more content, just more of THIS, i will give them my money.
A decent incremental game. It's not an idler by any means. There's not much replayability but you only have to grind the entire thing out once. The other 2 attempts if you want 100% only need to go part way.
Good Idle game. Pretty art, reasonable progression, and a good core gameplay loop. Would love to see more characters or even more so, additional weapons that let you make different builds. Currently it feels very stream lined when it comes to what to chose. But all in all I'm looking forward to see what the future of this game holds in store.
Maybe I misplaced my expectations, but this game was way too short. It's also not an Idler game as the "Idle" in the name suggests. This is just an auto-battler RPG with pretty monster art for $5. I think it's better to review this based off what they advertised as "featured" content: 1. Strategic Auto-battles - they're not strategic. Most of them are just "slap damage together and hope you get good potion drops to fight the boss" battles. It doesn't help that there's nothing to interact with once you're in combat. Sure you can manually use potions instead of toggling auto-potion, but auto-potion bypasses your APM limits and 95% of the time manages to use the potions with 100% efficiency. Also all the customization lies with your weapon and upgrades to it, but even then there's no real customization because the game forces you to choose the next meta weapon anyways to progress. 2. 15 Challenging Boss Battles - Again, not really challenging. In a auto-battler where the whole point is to upgrade your stats in your skill tree, Typically you want 5-9 upgrades per boss to safely pass the stage with RNG in mind so it's extremely linear. The only challenge is clicking your finger away to unlock the nodes in the tree. 3. Satisfying Progression Loop - This is the ONLY "as advertised" part of the game that's somewhat correct. The only upgrades that felt satisfying were the character stat tree only. The weapons, relics, and the skills were boring. Everything else in the game is negligible. If you want an easy time, go the swordmaster, if you want to suffer, go assassin, and if you like flashy special effects, go sorceress. That's all this game boils down to. At least this game is just $5 if you want to add something to your list of platinum achievements which is what I ended up doing.
Cool idle game. This game shouldn't take forever to beat and that's a good thing imo :)
Great game needs more skill tree and a reason to push on im not on the last boss and full completed the skill tree and daggers. Again amazing game! just needs more for content
참 재미있었따. 캐릭터 1개까지만.
