Slam and Roll

The game is pretty fun, although the last few worlds will whomp on you a bunch. The first few areas on the Tour mode will ease you into the levels and enemies pretty nicely. After a bit the simple mechanic of defeating all enemies at once was difficult to pull off. Every enemies basically gets and upgrade every few levels so you know what they can do and then a bit more. Some of the enemies are more easy to dodge and slam than others. Figuring out the pattern to get three stars and also find all the hidden passport pieces was difficult, but possible. The final areas will test your game knowledge and made me take a few breaks to get through. After 8 hours I was able to get enough stars and beat the final final boss. Jimmy was my mvp for the last few areas with his jumps and running speed. Slam and Roll definitely has the old arcade style difficulty that you have to take a picture of the ending to prove to your friends that you beat it like when I was a kid. I'm really glad the final boss let's you have a checkpoint, I don't think I could beat all the forms in one go!

Un juego que rezuma retro por todos los costados, pero adaptado a los nuevos tiempo que corren, muy divertido y rejugable, con variados modos de juego que invitan a invertir muchas horas. Arcade 100% puro de oliva.

El juego empieza con niveles bien arcade y Snow Broseros, Pero después los niveles se tornan poco ágiles. Algo que no es divertido en un juego estilo arcade. Hay jefes que tardan mucho en hacer sus ataques y se torna muy lento el gameplay. Si es arcade, tiene que ser una jugabilidad rápida, y este juego no la tiene. Está lindo el pixel art, la música es medio genérica y los bosses son lindos de aspecto pero poco interesantes. Me gustó el juego, pero hasta ahí nomás. No lo jugaría de nuevo.

A good take on a classic arcade genre. Plenty to do, weekly challenges.

Really incredible; the sprites of the main characters are well done, and the music is cool (my favorite is the one from the bonus stage where you need to complete the level without defeating any enemies). I wish there was some kind of sound test in the game, but oh well, it's a really cool game anyway.

El género Arcade no está muerto. En esta época moderna de gráficos 3D y géneros distintos aún podemos disfrutar de estas joyas que bien podrían haberse jugado en los años 90 en cualquier salón recreativo. As a fan of Snow Bros this is a game I quite enjoy. I'm not 100% sure why it is an Early Access title since it feels pretty feature complete, but that's how things are. I played it for a bit, I like it, but I'll wait until Early Access is over before jumping back in. Great graphics, fun arcade gameplay. Definitely worth playing.

Al fin un buen clon de Snow Bros. No me había dado cuenta cuanto extrañaba este tipo de jueguitos.
