Siege of Treboulain

This is a game that inspired me to consider my actions very, very carefully, yet didn’t make me feel regretful when things didn’t go my way. It told a beautiful, well-written engaging story, and for a night I truly felt like Treboulain’s Captain. ... the game lets you choose your own title, you see, and “King Curry” felt too stuffy.

Me acuerdo que jugaba estos tipos de juegos en el celular hace unos años atras pero nunca llegue a jugar este va digamos a leer este por que al final es leer tomar decisiones y recrear el mundo con tu cabeza lo que puede llegar a hacer la mente humana muchas veces xD hasta ahora la historia esta genial no puedo decir mucho por que recien voy por el chapter 3 y voy con toda la calma del mundo leyendo obviamente el que este viendo esto el juego esta Full Ingles si no sabes ingles basico aunque sea no te lo recomiendo por todo lo demas 2hs bien invertidas en mi vida ojala no llegue a una decision donde sea instakill y siguiendo a los creadores me encanta volver a ver estos tipos de juegos va en realidad se los podria catalogar como Libros Rolplay espero con ansias otro titulo de ustedes!!

This is good game. I enjoyed it quite a bit. I think it has interesting story and events which were quite enjoyable. I made two playthroughts: first focusing on martial arts and second one pursuing magic and wisdom. I have to say that the second one was much more better, It is important to make choices continuously so as not to disturb the previous ones. Thanks to this stats checks will be much easier to pass and story will be more pleasant as we succeed more easier. The thing which is not so good are RO. I didn't find any description about them during reading: like what were they hairs/eyes and so on. Also the romance between MC and them were quite poor. Regardless of that story and choices which I could make was good so I can recommend this game.

Very enjoyable King simulator with multiple romances, much Medieval Romance and bloodshed. I love these games. Simple but much more complex than the ones I read as a kid. As everyone says about these games- your imagination is the greatest graphics processor in the world. There's no pictures but you leave with some great cinematic stories in your head. I like the pace, the build up and Treboulain begins to feel like a living city. Lots of these choose your own adventure novels are like speed playing The Witcher series or GTA or Baldur's gate. I grew up when climbing a tree was cool, though. I still do.

Yeah, so for a choice game, these are some of the worst choices, perhaps in anything ever. Cringy, nonsensical, and a two-year-old could provide more rational options. It seems like nothing you do is the right choice, no matter what you pick. Literally, one of the prompts is "offend x, offend y, or offend z" and there's nothing else to it. I'm a big fan of Jed on YouTube, but I think books are more his thing than interactive stories. It's not fun to play a game where every outcome path is similar to the following: "you're one of few people outside of this religious order who can perform this magic, so you should give a demonstration" -> *chooses to give demonstration* -> "Actually, you failed because you suck at it, and everyone laughs and walks away. I know we told you otherwise, but oh well, should've known better."

6/10 a little short but fun to read (6-7std)

После первого прохождения впечатления потрясающие. Осада, небольшие интриги, политика, военные действия и сама возможность отыгрывать тирана, или по крайней мере сильного короля, который железной рукой ведет свой народ к победе любой ценой...это бесценно, но стоит отметить, что есть недостатки. Иногда выбор ограничен, иногда решения забываются, например, мы построили требушет, который может стрелять ядовитыми снарядами, казалось бы - это восторг. Но после сюжета строительства требушета, о нем никто не вспомнит, и когда будет финальная битва, где огромная армия врага и его тараны идут на штурм твоего города, было бы разумно использовать этот несчастный требущет, но нет. Можете подумать: - А почему так? А ответ прост, многие события нужны для увеличения или изменения показателей твоей армии, состояния города, отношения с персонажами и прочее, и из-за этого довольно многие интересные моменты забываются игрой. Это неприятно, но на самом деле не критично, потому что основной сюжет хорош и есть вариативность. Так что, рекомендуется к ознакомлению!
