Fun and quick playing game that is excellent for those times where you have a short time available and want an engaging game. Works well on my Win 11 computer.

Played it for a bit and it felt like a mobile port shoved onto PC. Turn-based dogfights on hex maps with a few pilot upgrades. Maps look the same, missions repeat, and most of the maneuvers don’t actually matter. Solo play is okay, but it’s shallow… no real strategy beyond picking the right move and hoping RNG doesn’t ruin it. You can see the thought in the planes and pilots, but it never comes together.

Sid Meier’s Ace Patrol to turowa gra lotnicza osadzona w realiach I wojny światowej. Gracz kontroluje eskadrę pilotów, rozwijając ich umiejętności i wykonując misje nad Europą. Prosta, ale satysfakcjonująca mechanika i styl wizualny sprawiają, że gra dobrze sprawdza się w mobilnym formacie, choć szybko może się powtarzać. Ocena: 6/10.
