awesome game
This game owns a soft spot in my Steam library. I thoroughly enjoyed Civ V and didn't care much for Civ VI (not even going to touch VII), and this game stood out as a nice change of pace coupled with a futuristic theme. This game is essentially a reskin of Civ V and the biggest difference, in my opinion, is the tech tree. You can hand-craft your 'civilization' as opposed to choosing a leader and nation from V, and you grow your cities in a manner similar to its predecessor. The tech tree, being my only gripe, is difficult to navigate when it comes to locating important technologies that unlock new resources. Whereas Civ V's tech tree was relatively linear and it was easy to keep everything progressing steadily, Civ BE has 'branch' and 'leaf' technologies with no clear distinction between the two. Sometimes you needed a branch to unlock a major building but if you need access to a leaf technology then you first have to go through the corresponding branch. Nevertheless, this game is still enjoyable and I recommend it to anyone who wants a sci-fi Civ.
Amazing game! Lots of different units and the research tree is my favorite of all Civ games!
After being disappointed with Civ 7, I fired up this classic and remembered what makes Civ so fun. I'm building my empire to stand the test of time
I like these games plain and simple
It is INSANE, and insanely complex
Recomendado
Fun survival simulation, futuristic and creative than other civilization series.
