Sid Meier's Civilization®: Beyond Earth™

기존 문명5로 유입된 유저들에게는 개선된 것도 없으면서 너무 이질적인 스킨갈이라 외면 당하고, 알파 센타우리를 기억하는 유저들에게는 너무 얄팍한 컨텐츠라 외면 당하고. 본편 흥행이 좋지 않았음에도 불구하고 확장판까지 출시해서 개선된 평가를 받았으니 개발사는 할만큼한건데, 위의 저해요소들이 너무 발목을 잡아서 결국 외계문명이나 사고실험적 요소는 패치로 추가 못되고 게임의 수명이 끝나버림. 분명히 지금 다시 플레이해봐도 비판점들이 눈에 들어오는 것도 사실이지만, 발전 가능성이 큰 작품이었는데, 이 작품을 기준점으로 문명6과 7이라는 자살 행위를 2연타로 한 것으로 보아, 문명5~비욘드어스 시절의 개발력은 이후로 박살이 났던가 아니면 원래부터 이 정도 잠재력뿐인 집단이었다는 뜻이겠지. 어느 쪽이건 이제는 볼 수 없는 안타까운 게임이라 더 착잡할 뿐.

yea this aint it i can appreciate the work and effort put into this but its not fun its confusing because i dont know what these future techs are and the tech tree is a spiral instead of linear i like the idea neat ideologies cool art and units just doesn't work and i lost interest after 4 games it seems like the Devs did too

Pretty terrible for a civ game. like 3/10. Very little information feedback when playing. Its very probable you will click something by accident. You were looking for more information and you set upon a chain of events that can not be reversed. and all you were trying to do was get more information. Avoid

People ♥♥♥♥ on this because they hate that this is the best of the CIV games and this isnt the hill i will die on, it is a hill i will kill you on :)

A pretty decent game that while at the time was greatly overshadowed by other games within the genre, in the modern age holds up fairly decently.

my comfort game after before hitting the bed

My personal go-to Civ game- I like that it's space, I like that it's based off of Civ 5, and I like that it's less complex than the mainline games. It mostly revolves around the combat, there is politics and treaties, but they are not as in depth as the other games. The affinity system is fun, and making hybrid builds is neat, and I love the unit design. Having a giant 4 legged robot march through oceans is sick.

I feel my money is wasted. The grapic is poor. The game try to give a cyber feel and make all button and function look at the same. Cannot really tell them apart. It is over priced. Do not buy.
