its fun, but as of right now, there's not a lot to it. There's honestly not a lot of management involved in the game, basically you can just easily go through it with very little difficulty. There feels to be a disconnect between a lot of the pieces of making a show, hows its recieved, and the characters in the show. There's a lot of fun elements that inspire some imagination, but as it stands, most of the game feels very surface level. For the price, its fun and can give you a fair amount of play time, and I hope to see it gain depth as its updated more.

What a beautiful gem of a game. Somewhat uncut, and there's noticeable bits of polish missing, but I got really invested in the story of my plucky TV studio and their marginally popular Science Fiction thriller on a backwater network. Then I decided to 'play with the big boys' so to speak, and did a situation comedy for a big network - very different set of challenges, and I found myself ruthlessly firing staff and optimizing like a fiend in order to meet my targets. I wouldn't call this a simulation, there's a number of things (like the deck of cards that represents story ideas) that aren't strictly realistic, but they are nicely integrated with the theme and satisfying to engage with. I look forward to unlocking more of the story deck and the character customization options.
Usually love these types of games. But.. I dropped this one rather fast.
Click, click and repeate, easy to make tons of cash but nothing to spend them on as everything is unlocked by xp...
Game should still be in beta not early access.Potential sure but still need huge polishing. maybe coming back in a year or 2 but right now you should avoid it.
Very boring. This game should still be in beta not alpha.
It's a shame development is going so slow because this game is great fun. I'm writing the review in the hope to drive some new players to the game, so the dev can put more time into making it. You run your own TV Studio producing one show at a time. Hire writers, actors, crew etc. and story board the show each week. The main mechanic is the story board, you collect cards that provide points to plot, drama, comedy, character development, action and visuals. The cards have a cool down and various bonuses etc. As you go you research new cards and expand the studio to do more complex programming. At the moment you can get a good 20 hours gameplay out of it IMO, and as it develops that will grow.
promising but too much micromanagement of the cast for me. maybe you will like it.
A little bare bones in it's current state but the game is fun and the road map is promising.
