Shikhondo(食魂徒) - Soul Eater

Very stylish v-shump that seems to be heavily inspired by the long running series of Touhou bullet hells. Nice music (er, mostly, a few songs just sound like club music) and gorgeous, watercolor styled backgrounds provide a beautiful backdrop for you to weave in and out of the bullets. You have a standard shot, a focused shot that also allows you to move more precisely, and a soul collect shot that captures all the bullets on the screen and gives you about 5 seconds of an overpowered shot. Plays well, looks great, the problem is it's light on content. 5 levels, took me about a half hour to make a 2CC run through it after about a half hour of familiarization. Only local leaderboards and there's also a boss rush mode, but I've never liked those. Still well worth its slim price though, and they'd beef this game up in 2024 with the Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage edition.

まず第一に、完全に移動が止まってしまうゲームを壊すバグがあり、どうやらこれは発売以来、プレイヤーの間で広く問題になっているようです。ビジュアルはゴツゴツしていて好きだし、音楽もなかなか良いけど、ゲームがとにかく簡単すぎる。極限難易度にしないと、やっとチャレンジ感が出てきます。 一撃ゲームオーバーモードは素晴らしいアイデアだけど、当然のようにその移動バグで台無しになっています。 どうやら開発者はゲームの新しい更新版をリリースする予定のようです。もしまだ興味があるなら、それをチェックしてみると良いかもしれません。

[h1]韓国が弾幕縦STGで殴り込んできた作品[/h1] ＜昔買ってレビューを書いていなかった作品。通常のレビューより簡素＞ スタンダードな弾幕STGとなっていて、妖怪ものという統一感がアートワークとして表現されている。 キャラデザについては韓国を直接連想するようなテイストではないが、大陸系のテイストはしっかり伝わる塗りだ。 肝心のゲームデザインとしては無難に遊べる一方で道中が退屈だった。 改良版で多少改善されたが、刺激不足は否めず、地味という印象は最初から最後まで変わらなかった。 バランスについてはステージクリア後に残機を1つ増やすか、ボムを1つ増やすか選ぶことができ、クリアラーなら残機、スコアラーならボムといった住み分けができるようになっていて、ここは個性を感じた。 弾幕も東方っぽさを感じるとこはそれなりにあったが、オリジナル弾幕もそこそこあって初見殺し含めてまずまず楽しめた。 熱中するにはあらゆるものが欠けているが、値段を考えれば人によっては「こんなものか」とぎりぎり許せるラインかも？

Shikhondo é legal, um jogo bonito e com alguns modos de jogo como jogatina casual com continue infinito, modo hardcore pra um crédito, boss rush, várias dificuldades e afins. Apesar de ser bem massa pelo visual e design dos inimigos em geral com temática bem puxada pra horror gótico, ele falha miseravelmente na sensação de impacto dos tiros. Sejam seus ou dos aliados. Pelo menos tem a mecânica interessante de coletar almas e multiplicar pontos, substituindo a bomba convencional de jogos do gênero. Fica facilmente em promoção na casa dos 10 reais, vale a pena, principalmente por ter modos de jogo ok e ter um 100% fácil pra deixar no perfil. Nota 6/10.

A solid beginner-friendly bullet hell shooter. Not too difficult, but not quite a cakewalk. Incredibly stylish with great boss designs. Soundtrack is fantastic. I can see this as being a good intro for those looking to get into bullet hell games. If you care about completion, you can unlock all the achievements by the end of your first playthrough.
