Shieldwall

A game that is easy to understand, but not nearly as easy to play. Many missions can be genuinely challenging because of the imbalance between the AI and the player. Enemies often start with upgrades already active and seem to have a very personal passion for attacking your settlements, while happily ignoring any other bots on the map. Despite that, the game offers a campaign that can last around 10 to 20 hours, which is nice if you are looking for something that does not end after a couple of hours. Also, while it may seem like you have seen everything after the first match, the variety of the maps makes it enjoyable enough to keep playing. There is also an online mode which, to my surprise, is still fairly active. The real problem is the price. For what it offers, I think it is too high. I would not value it above 5 euros. For that reason, my review is negative, not because the game is bad, but because the value for money is simply way off.
