Being a dog is good. This game makes you be a dog. Being a dog with friends who are also dogs is good. This game does that too. Good game.

Good fun with friends; it'll teach you teamwork for sure. Very cute overall.

In short, this is a nice, short, low-stake ambient game that is really catered for coop gameplay (ideally 3 or 4) 🐶. [h1] What is Sheepherds? [/h1] It is what it says on the tin : You play as sheperd dogs who are tasked to gather sheeps of different colors in a barn in various small levels. To do so, you have to get them into flower fields to color their wool. You can do so either by getting near them or shouting at them. On top of the main objective which always ask, you have secondary quests, like getting red sheeps first, or putting 20 sheeps of the same color in a row. Completing them grants accessories to wear and new species of dogs to be. Sheepherd is very laidback in its approach : There's no time limit in either its main nor secondary objectives. The rare cases there's a time limit (by the camera moving forward), it is very slow-paced, adapts to your speed and even has a rewind button if it's not enough! To top it all off, secondary objectives don't need to be done all at once and sheeps always reappear, so not much stress here either. [h1] What works in Sheepherds? [/h1] Well, it does simple things, but it does them very well : The gameplay is solid, the art is cute, the soundtrack is enjoyable, and there's no bug to be seen (even minor ones). Sheepherds is a very sound choice if you want a cozy game between two more demanding ones. It's a perfect pick when playing alongside true beginners : Even if they don't know how to move around, standing at a good spot to block sheeps can tremendously help the team. It's because the game rewards a lot more smart positionning than quick reflexes or accuracy. [h1] What should I be wary before buying the game? [/h1] This game is really to be played at higher numbers, ideally 3 or 4. Yes, the game can be played with less people, but as far as I know levels don't adapt to the player count. As such, it may become much harder to reach the secondary objectives, especially when alone. Don't offer this game to a new player who will play it alone, it will likely be too hard! And... That's about it. Really, there's not much to warn you about buying it!

such a chill and cute game, very simple controls but with some good challenge later, Border Collie is best doggo (in my opinion)
