Severed Steel – Review Severed Steel is a fast-paced and stylish FPS that focuses heavily on movement and action. The gameplay feels similar to SuperHot, but adds many more mechanics and features that make combat feel more dynamic and exciting. The achievements were fun to complete and encouraged experimenting with different playstyles. The firefight levels were a major highlight and added good replay value. The soundtrack also fits perfectly with the fast-paced action and keeps the energy high throughout the game. The game is also very well optimized, with support for ray tracing and DLSS that helps deliver smooth performance while improving visuals. The campaign is on the shorter side and the story is fairly simple, but the gameplay easily carries the experience. Rating: 8.5/10

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I’ve never wanted to land headshots this much in a game. With outstanding mobility, slow motion, and a wide range of weapons to take down enemies, the experience feels intense and satisfying. The story is short and simple, with a few cinematics, and the action kicks in from the very first shot. The music is right on the sweet spot. It’s a nice experience, especially if you enjoy shooting enemies. However, if you’re particularly sensitive to motion sickness, you may want to keep your play sessions short, as this game can make you feel dizzy. Una experiencia inresante si te gustan los juegos de disparos, tienes una variedad de armas y puedes combinar un satisfactorio parkour a la par de un gran OST. Juega poquito si sufres de mareos con juego en primera persona y movimientos rápidos.
High learning curve but immensely rewarding when you get in the flow. Fantastic cyberpunk setting and minimal story, but you don't need it with this addicting gameplay. Guns, wall running, sliding, diving, destructible environments and slow motion. Give this gem a try now!
Super stylish movement shooter with bullet time, destructible environments and really fun level design that compliments all the other features. It's ideal for quick gaming sessions, as missions are short but satisfying. If you blast through the campaign, you'll finish it in about 2-3 hours, but the replay value is very high and there's a bunch of extra content too. There's also a good range of difficulty settings that should satisfy anyone. What I love most about this game is how it frantically encourages movement. Since you don't carry spare mags/guns, you constantly need to pick up a fresh weapon. Being able to kick (and disarm) enemies makes this gameplay loop complete. Absolute steel whenever it's on sale ;)
Лучшая трата 1 доллара в жизни, одна из самых приятных и экшеновых платин. Сразу видно что разраб делал на совесть, пару вечеров скоротать можно, я очень доволен.
Just get it on sale if you are really interested. if you are looking for something smooth and streamlined this is not it. I want to recommend the game but it just isn't the best. It markets itself as a fast paced shooter where you have to slide and dive around to avoid fire while destroying enemies. But whenever you do dive, slide or wall run yes it makes you immune to damage but now your shots are skewed away from where the cross hair is pointing so your accuracy drastically falls and you have to guess where the next shot might be since the crosshair isn't correct anymore. This immediately makes the game more difficult and less satisfying. If your fundamental system for survival makes your accuracy terrible, nevertheless causes the crosshair to no longer be accurate, then why do those things to survive at all? If you don't do any of those, and simply play the game like a normal shooter, just running around without doing fancy stuff, not only will all your shots accurately hit but it becomes immensely easier as you just dispatch the enemies the second you see them, without a single chance for them to shoot. The systems for wall running and climbing up walls using double jump and the kick is flawed heavily. If you are looking slightly down, to even the smallest degree away from staring straight forward, you wont kick the wall and then wont get boosted up and fall to your death. It's way to fickle for high speed situations. Not to mention all the environments are tight formations and small rooms, meaning all this fancy stuff is pointless because you aren't going anywhere substantial or gaining an edge in the fight other than invincibility, but if now you cant rely on the crosshair since it no longer is where your shots hit you are simply wasting time and at some point will have to stop to accurately fire. I feel like its trying to be sort of like ultrakill with its movement and the such, fast paced, fancy, tons of parkour. But if doing all those things that would set this game apart, that makes the gameplay super interesting, means you wont be hitting any of your targets anymore unless your point blank then it very much seems pointless. I've found its easier to just do all the fancy stuff and only kick people, melee them all to death. Because you no longer are having to predict your shots that don't pretrain accurately to your crosshair, just a point blank melee. And without having to worry about those skewed shots you can simply be invincible while doing the fancy movements, close the gap with ease, and kick someone's lights out. I really wanna like it but you cant mess up shooting during very important movements in an fps game all about movement and just think that's alright. A game can be as cool as it wants but if the foundation the whole game is built around isn't accurate and then rendered useless because of that then the cool factor does not matter.
I 100% this game a few months ago, but forgot to write a review. TL;DR, super addicting, worth full price, runs like a dream on non-gamer laptops. Buy it. It's an amazing movement shooter, and has an incredibly addicting soundtrack along with the gunplay. Dive, slide, pew pew, repeat. Nothing blasts my brain with dopamine like the sound of headshotting enemies one after the other. (And the music, I like "Abort" a lot) I ran this on a non-gaming laptop, and it was consistently performing super well. Very rarely did I lose frames or crash even with decent graphics settings. Also, Sharpened Steel is probably the highest difficulty I'd go for your own sanity. Molten Steel is hellish, but possible.
the first game that was Genuinely good that epic gave for free. Until of course they forgot my account and lost everything. Very good game it has doom/ultrakill influence very replayable and i like the fact that i can have unlimited ragdolls
Imagine superhot, john wick, and karlson all in one but with back and front flips and the ability to dropkick. In other words, you should play this game.
