Another enjoyable city builder. It's easy to learn has an interesting upgrade system. There's only been one issue causing significant frustration but that issue could certainly come down to skill. The Military: The combat economy forces you to slowly lose your civilians as they become "reservists". These reservists do nothing and need to be further formed into military units. So the first issue is that you need to build multiple structures (which require multiple prior technologies) before you even have access to basic units. There is a part of timing and strategy that I certainly need to improve to ensure I have defenses ahead of the escalating attacks. In the meantime, you have to rely on arrow towers which struggle to cover an appropriate area for the cost and all but guarantee you're losing buildings. The raw resource investment isn't the only issue. The second part of this is time and cost. You need 200 silver and seemingly (in-game) years to train enough reservists to create a formation of basic spearmen. You cant create just 1 or 2 spearmen- the minimum number of reservists needed for a single usable squad is 8. So you're losing a considerable amount of civilians you could be using to support your ever growing needs. But resource investment and the weight on your civilian economy aren't the only issues. The killing blow is that once you disband the formation, those people are just dumped back into the civilian economy. You have to then spend the time and resources to train a new group of 8 people for the next attack. Conceptually, this doesn't make sense. So these npcs just forgot how to handle a spear after we spent years getting trained up and actually facing combat? But even in practice, this becomes a huge burden. Playing on the default settings, I've had to restart numerous times so far all due to the amount of time you have to spend learning and managing this part of the game. IMO it needs serious help to make the rest of the game feel more smooth.
Great relaxing game
5/10,不好玩

Great game, have spent hours playing it and learning mechanics. Some of the skill tree progression isn't super intuiative intuitive but it's overall a solid game of this genre.
