Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 342.29/day in the week to Jul 18 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

With the dual stick controls, each stick represents one of your feet. You will need to learn how to control them and transfer weight, just like on a real skateboard. The physics have been developed with a focus on realism, smoothness and immersion. Just like in real life for a new skateboarder, the first hours can seem challenging, but once you have mastered the technique, you will feel the unrivalled thrill of pulling off your very first kickflip! Session: Skate Sim also includes full options customisation, so you can enjoy the perfect experience tailored to you. A full tutorial provides all the help you need to get started, and you can choose from four difficulty levels!

Inspired by the golden age of street skating – the 1990s – Session: Skate Sim lets you experience true skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; just you, your spot and your imagination! There's no need for judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip are perfect for this spot. And because certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several of them to the game for you to skate in and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many other spots.

Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best spots is one thing, but if no one is there to film it, it didn't really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 1990s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create your clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to go from skater to filmmaker: pull off your moves then go into film mode to experience the action from the point of view of your camera operator and create the best clip.

Show off your style with an extensive customisation system for your skater and skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. You can find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, trousers, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customise your skateboard with over 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands like, No-Comply, GindKing, Thankyou and many others. In addition to the design aspect, the components (trucks, riser pads, wheels…) impact the way you skate. Find the right ones for your style and shred the most iconic spots!

Loved this game! Last update made it impossible to enjoy it. No flip speed.
This game is so close to being great it's insane. The controls are difficult but so is skateboarding. But the $40 price tag is insane when there are so many broken challenges to the point it is possible, and super easy, to softlock yourself out of certain missions. Plus they keep adding skatepark like dlc and there is no vert tricks and the lip tricks have been experimental for over a year. Quit spending money on known wife beater Chris Cole and fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

The game controls are fine. but it's unfriendly to skateboarding beginners . I dont know these tricks . how am I supposed to do them? The mission design is terrible , you might stuck at a mission for a long time and dont know how to improve ,how the mission determines success Finally , I suggest putting down your controller , picking up your skateboard and go practice in real life . Good luck!
used to be the best skateboarding game until they updated and changed everything. it used to be RT or LT to turn, only which was great but now they updated so RT and LT still turn but left and right on the analogue stick now turns, too, which completely ruins it. cant disable analogue from turning your skater, it feels unplayable. i used to be very good at nailing premeditated lines/tricks now i cant even do something simple without crashing into a wall. you used to able to warm up a trick with the left stick as this would not turn skater but now when i hold the stick to warm something up i just turn wildly. unplayable. buy skaterXL, way better game. oh yeah, still no online still no grab tricks.... pathetic.
It just feels bad to play, which is the core of any successful skate game. They went down a flawed turd pathway early on in terms of the core skate physics and you can't polish a turd!
Have you ever wanted to play a game about skateboarding but wanted it to be harder than real life to do anything the game? Well are YOU IN LUCK. This game is brutal. The level of technical skill required to do even flips to grinds etc is insane. I eat it just trying to roll up to a stair set because i clipped a tiny amount of curb lip. skateboarding games are supposed to be fun, this ♥♥♥♥♥ got me crashing out like Ive just chucked myself down a gap for 3 hours straight without landing a thing. Oh yeah and the maps are absolutely terrible. Unimaginative, not skater friendly, hard to find good lines. Just go play Skate instead.
The only thing the dev should fix is the lame animation when you fall off the board like a dislocated puppet.
Napewno lepsze od tego schvjoziałego skate'a nowego xD
way better than skate 4
its the exact game we all wanted as kids. for the love of god devs, please let me do melons. put in experimental. my airs are too big.
