Reviews
Dear Developers, I respect the Serious Sam franchise, and Shatterverse right now is a below-mid product. The starting part of this game is a boring mess: only 3 weapons, low interest, first Sam is as weird as a gameplay character, HILLARIOUS (in a bad way) dialogues. Yeah, it breaks me apart, However, Act 2 starts to give a challenge; activation of new weapons brings the spirit of Sam. And Act 3 is a difficult part of the game. Most of the perks... broken. Same with the level-ups. It's just nothing; I see that you guys were afraid of dispersion in game design. The game is not finished, but if you guys take a 2-3 sprints to fix the balance of the game and some annoying stuff, such as repeated dialogues, you can bring it back as a pretty good game. I believe in you, dear developers. Just take a look at that review. I would be eager to help you fix that stuff. Regards

I's obviously not a Croteam game!!! (thanks god!) It is in my opinion is a clone of a few other games such as Borderland. This is a profiteering game, feeding of the massive great character of Serious Sam. Even the colours are very similar to borderland. Buttons, etc..... When you shoot your enemy, even the little numbers representing the loss of energy of you enemy is Borderlands. It is a massive shame that this great team, Croteam, allow such a ♥♥♥♥♥ production to be allowed to be released. For me, it is a meaningless game that should not deserve to use a legendary character as Serious Sam Stone!!!!!! Can't even save your progress! In the game Sam says Groovy, when a crate is found. If I was a significant individual at 3D Realms, I would have serious legal concerns!!! Sam and Duke are both great, but not to be mixed this way! Have your own ideas! A game of many games. I.E. Stolen ideas! Wish this game never came out. It is an abusement of a great historical gaming character!!! Croteam should be much more careful with their assets! First giving up the engine given them a name in the industry, now a legendary character that given great time for so many of us. Kind regards, atitec

Absolutely riddled with bugs and CORE FUNCTIONS do not work. Huge let down and a disgrace to this franchise
eski tadı yok hiç güzel olmamış
"Shi*tierverse"
Developers laziness has finally reached a new peak: turning every franchise into a roguelike. Here you will not find any creativity, any balance, anything you haven't already seen in hundreds of other games: cartoonish in-game style, the trend of using violet tint and multiverse because it simply looks cool, a value/grinding system because in order to really enjoy the game you need to play tens of hours because of difficulty spikes. Thankfully the game is already dead, unfortunately I couldn't get a refund.
Нет босса-вертолёта.
Graphics are honestly good (it’s like first sams games but with own spin), gameplay loop is decent and OST is genuinely really good. The issue for me is the weapons sounds weak like doesn’t feel like having a strong impact like shotgun or even no extra sound effects for elemental effects and one bug related with Underwater anomalies that causing the entire match playing in slow motion than turn off normally after beating the boss to jump into next dimension, hope will be fixed on next patch. Honestly it’s fun spin-off serious sam with own spin of rouge-like DNA.
I have not played this game for long, but everything is okay with it, and I'm having a good time trying to be better with it. Because, either the game is difficult or I am the one not matching to it level. It is still good! I will post a more detailed review probably weeks or months later, when I have enough experience to tell. Now, I wanted to post this positive review, because I makes me sad that I see this game "Mixed" in the Steam store. It works well, and the only issue I countered rarely was that some small object on the ground can cause the character got stuck on it; jump over or skirt around it solves the issue. And I saw it like 2 to 4 times during my 4 hours of gameplay. By the way, I use Linux Mint OS, not Windows, and this game runs without an issue! That is all for now! The game is good, to me at leas! :winnersam::gearthumbsup:
