Selknam Defense

A ideia é interessante - tower defense/RTS baseado num tema histórico pouco explorado, a resistência dos Selknam à colonização na terra do fogo. Mas a execução deixa muito a desejar. O gameplay é básico e repetitivo, e a IA dos inimigos não ajuda: vêm sempre em linha, sem grande variação de estratégia. A gestão de unidades é confusa, e por vezes é difícil perceber o que está a acontecer no ecrã por causa da arte, que aqui parece mais desajustada do que vibrante.

Es una castaña. Bastante flojo. Hay muchos mas Tower Defense que merecen tu dinero y tiempo.

I liked it. Basic TD with Controller Support. Worth a play through.

Selknam Defense is easy at first, but later levels demands from you something more than just blindly putting the units on map, and that's why I enjoyed this Tower Defense game. However, the controlls in this Selknam Defense are just terrible, the time for deploying unit is also some kind of joke after some stages, and when you mix both... yeah, sometimes you just reset the level even before you will start it. Sadly, it also feels like a game made for mobiles, even tho some sources says that it was released almost year later for iOS. Oh, and the type of units are also strange, since more than half of them aren't dealing any/much damage. If you think you can deal with all of this, you already played most interesting TD games on Steam and you are up for some challenge, you should give it a try.

I don't like the mechanics of the game. It's a td where I can't maze, and the soldiers I place out move without me asking them. I'm not even gonna take time to elaborate this, it's just a very plain experience. Also, the connection to Selknam is vague at best.
