Scud Frenzy

Awesome jump in for a quick game or two, that always leave me wanting 'one more try!'. Awesome Windy beard art that adds a lot of character to this game. Lots of fun and a great indie title.

In the short time I've played this game, I've had more fun then in hours upon hours of plethora of others. This is a fun interesting take on a platformer shooter, and is tons of of fun!

Buy this game! I would have spent a ton of quarters playing this in the arcade when I was a kid if it existed back then! :) I can't believe this game is so cheap. It's a really good games. Scud Frenzy sets the bar for indie games especially in this price range. This game is very polished, adicting and fun. Some levels are a bit challenging but once you try them a few times they are passable. The only thing I wish this game had was mobile support. Would be super fun to play on the go.

What is the best way to describe the gameplay of this game ??? hmmm you could call it a platforming game where you run and collect things dotted around the map, but that doesnt quite describe it, you could call it a game where you have to destroy everything as fast as possible, but again that doesnt quite describe it, how about a puzzle game where you have to find the correct route through a maze collecting keys to unlock the final room full of treasure, hmmm do all those three descriptions even describe the game put together. hell yeah its a frantic concoction of platforming puzzle strategizing shoot em up destruction mayhem - the developer himself made the perfect descriptive word FRENZY. A gameshow about robot with interchangeable heads and different jetpacks flying around the various varied levels collecting powerup and shooting anything that moves and even shooting things that dont move, retro style hidden paths that look like the background but really are not, there is even a leader board system so you can compare how your time is up against the best 20 players of that level, some people have criticized the game for being too hard when really players are just no longer used to the day when games were hard and they were unbeatable, is Scud Frenzy unbeatable ??? by me sure but then i know thats down to me not down to the game. TLDR: hard frantic game that ticks a lot of different genres itches that havent been scratched for a while.
