Jump Fucker

My play time is how long it took to beat the game. Seriously, just once. Do NOT let this fool you into thinking there is a bit of content here, there is not. The game is cheap, from the jump mechanics, to the slide mechanics and the glitch out when you jump straight up, bump your head and it reloads you 4 screens down mechanics. As a 3D artist myself, I say to the developer : "Bro, turn your normal/BUMP maps DOWN. Your use of depth of field is all over the place and some of the shots are completely out of focus. You have shots where her arm is halfway through the girls KNEE. Collision does not seem to be a thing in your renders". Now, as a gamer, I had to finish this, despite the super cheap get to the top and fall on the final screen and have to restart from the bottom because of conveniently placed roofs. The character "slides" even when landing on grass after a jump. The game would be a bit more bearable if the screen scrolled but no, its like old school Megaman and just switches to the next screen. If this were not a vertical platformer, it wouldn't matter. Its a bunch of cheap tricks to make it stupid hard (not challenging hard) to make it seem like it has a decent amount of content. "IF" you did a perfect run, you could get through the whole game in about 5 minutes. Period. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk unless it goes on sale for $0.50. I have other titles from this developer in my wishlist. If this is the type of "quality" that they release, I might need to re-think their position there.

the controls are awful and jumping height feels random, not worth it unless the jumping gets fixed, you also cant see where to jump once you reach the top of the screen your on, you have to guess just to get to next screen and if you fall near the top, just hope you dont fall down the middle because its all the way down ya go

Could be fun, but no save points and plenty or areas to make you fall all the way back to the bottom and start all over. Quite annoying.
