Experienced on Windows Mixed Reality
You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/KURudEpzd-k I bought this on sale 20% off the normal price of $9.99 USD during the Steam Lunar New Year Sale 2020. After 30 minutes, I had pretty much experienced all that I could find to do in this game. There just wasn't much there. You can look at certain screen savers like Starfield, or Flying Toasters, or The Maze. There are currently 13 total screensavers to choose from. Each one of them has settings you can tweak, such as the amount of stars in Starfield or how fast they move or how much they glow, etc. Some of them have Easter Eggs as well, although they were pretty underwhelming for the most part (although the one during Realistic Words where you can speak the words shown was pretty cool). I found the interactions to be clunky. At the office environment you can only teleport and the teleport trigger button is also used to grab items. There's these manuals that you can read by swiping left or right which are just not pleasant to read in VR. I found an error on The Maze where I spawned outside the maze (on my second playthrough though it was working just fine). At the end of the day, although I am a 90s kid and I liked some screensavers (you had to have them back then on CRT monitors), I just didn't find this game all that interesting. It was pretty much the definition of a "meh" experience. The fact that the price was increased to $10 when there's only 30 minutes of content just doesn't seem like a good value proposition in my opinion (especially when the quality of the content isn't especially high). Rate 4.5/10. Close call on whether to recommend or give a neutral recommendation or a negative one. I just think the high price point tipped the scales for me in favor of a no recommendation. I kind of regret my purchase to be honest.

Super fun. What a strangely unobvious but totally killer idea. Also love to see how this game keeps expanding with each update. Hope the developers implement even more ideas. They seem to know what they are doing and VR needs fresh ideas.
Nostalgic and fun. Good options and interface.
Very interesting application for VR! Screensavers VR unsurprisingly visualizes the most famous screensavers from the nineties and "naughties" in virtual space. As someone who was fascinated by the "Pipes" from Windows as a kid, I find it very satisfying to fly around inbetween these magically and eternally expanding tubes. There are also a number of others, as you can see from the screenshots. Also, some selections in the menu (which gives lots of options) are still greyed out, so I guess there is more content to come. Everyone who has tried the "Art Exhibtion" mission from Blood&Truth will know that VR and art are a fantastic combination. Much more has to be tried & achieved in this direction, and this app is a great start!
Truly whimsical VR experience that beautifully transforms classic screensavers into the VR medium. Super fun and meta. Playing with the controls for each experience made me laugh out loud multiple times - the effects, writing, everything is lovely and holistically crafted. Highly recommended for anyone who loves unique VR experiences
I love this idea, and I was really exited to play it, but it seems to only be compatible with the old vive headset while I am using an index. Really disappointing as I wanted to try it out, hope a fix for it can come one day.
