Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Satellite Reign was developed using Unity's now-retired online networking solution UNET. UNET was shut down in 2025, and so Satellite Reign's co-op multiplayer now only works via local LAN. If you still want to play with friends online, you will need to use LAN connection over a VPN.
Contains the game, original soundtrack, 'Satellite Reign: Reboot' e-book and 'The Art of Satellite Reign' e-book.
Play the entirety of Satellite Reign with your friends in co-op multiplayer. Up to four players can each control their own agent, opening up a whole new level of strategic and co-ordinated play.
With full drop-in/drop-out support (LAN play only), and customisable agent assignment, get ready to experience Satellite Reign like never before.
Satellite Reign is a real-time, class-based strategy game, set in an open-world cyberpunk city. You command a group of 4 agents through rain-soaked, neon-lit streets, where the law is the will of mega-corporations. Use your agents to sneak, shoot, steal, and sabotage your way up the corporate ladder, and take control of the most powerful monopoly of all time.
Each of your agents can be tailored toward your favoured play-style, while still maintaining their own unique specialisations. Shape your team into an offensive war machine, or an elite covert spec-ops outfit, and take the open-world city as your own.
The city of Satellite Reign is one big, open playground. No individual levels to pick between, the whole world can be explored seamlessly. Uncover new missions while you explore, and pick and choose which objectives you want to tackle.
Each of your four agents can be tailored to suit your play style. Choose their skills, weapons, gear, augmentations, and even their genetic base by cloning exceptional individuals from the general population.
There's no 'right-way' to complete your objectives. The world has been designed to facilitate emergent gameplay, allowing you to choose from and combine a wide range of strategic options. Sneak in through ventilation shafts, hack doors, take out power generators, hijack the minds of guards, or just blow the front door down. Countless opportunities await.

Love this. Reminds me of Syndicate that I played when I was a kid at the end of the 90's.
Syndicate Wars was my favorite game as a kid.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) A decent game combining real-time strategy with RPG elements in a cyberpunk open-world setting. Set in a dystopian future, you control a team of agents tasked with infiltrating and sabotaging the corporate elite. The game's atmosphere, world-building, and soundtrack are definitely its highlights. However, the game struggles in a few key areas. The real-time tactical combat is enjoyable at first, but it can quickly become repetitive. The lack of a compelling narrative also makes the missions feel like they’re just filler, with minimal payoff, and they start to feel like a grind. The progression system also feels kind of slow, with upgrades that don’t always make a noticeable difference right away. On the other hand, the freedom in how you approach missions is enjoyable, and there’s a lot of room for creativity. The game could be summarized as a solid effort that could have used a bit more polish and depth.
For me it's mostly the enemy scaling that ruins the game for me. Is it tied to playtime? Missions completed? Research? Equipment? Skill points? Who knows! No way to apply any tactics there. It would have been better if enemy strength depended on district, so that players could pick their own difficulty level by either speed running through the game or taking a slower pace and doing some side quests if the next main quest feels a little too hard. The way it is now, it feels like players that don't rush get punished for taking their time and trying to enjoy the game.
Brilliant game but ruined by the dumbest bugs. Spend hours doing a long run only to have your agent stuck in the game geometry during the final escape, losing hours of planning and progress. Even worse is the hijacked team members always disappear after loading a save, so expect to lose 5 valuable team members every playthrough. If those 2 glaring issues were fixed, this would be a flawless game.
Underated game
The save system just let you save at checkpoint. The game needs checkpoints right before dangerous situations, or should let you save at the exact position.
The spiritual successor to Syndicate Wars in every way.
Every now and then I come back to this game, in search for any news of a sequel, some meaningful mods, or another game that is similar enough. Played the game with a friend in coop mode and we loved every bit of it, despite it having a fair share of bugs. There's just nothing quite like it, it's a near-perfect blend of cyberpunk, tactics, real-time, isometric, an interesting world, and some great and fun mechanics. There are always multiple approaches to all the missions, it's awesome to split up in coop and simultaneously try to find a way inside a guarded area. I loved how alive the city feels and how it connects all the missions seamlessly. We had so many moments where we were about to be caught, and then just barely managed to either escape or go under cover again. Just brilliant. I'll probably do another playthrough sometime, but in the meantime I'm writing this love letter in hope for a sequel someday. Thanks, 5 Lives Studios!
