Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Aparte del 2, Prefiero 1000 veces, Saint Row gat out of hell que esté elemento xd

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Summary
Open-world crime gangster romp that doesn't take it self too seriously and prioritizes chaos and fun. Worth trying when on sale to get another taste of SR with one of the more accessible chapters in the series. The remastered graphics help the game not look so dated, but behind that the overall engine and gameplay are still of an older game. SR3 has the good and the bad of series. The overall concept and game play is solid, but can see how it's already starting to lean _too_ hard into its humour so that it starts to overshadow the immersion and game play. Then we saw in SR4 that things sadly went off the rails. Shame the series didn't evolve and improve using a more balanced formula that could offer something alongside modern GTA and CP2077 city adventures.
Positive
Quick fun gameplay - the missions and side quests drop you into varied chaotic quests that are quite fun. Nice driving feel - easy and fun to drive around the city swerving through traffic with the radio on. Again simple fun. Real radio songs - uses a list of contemporary real world music available on the radio stations that adds some good immersion. Though some songs are a little dated now of course.
Negative
Pushing too hard on the humour - yes it makes things fun, but when there are so many juvenile jokes it then gets tiring. Could have toned down a bit. Probably a bad habit and when SR4 went nuts the reality and immersion suffered. Game play is good but for today it feels a little dated - the missions are ok but the overall blending of the missions and story is just ok and not as slick as more recent competitors have done. I think ok for its time but showing its age.

Pure dumb fun, very 2010s coded humor.
very fun
Good oNe
SR3 is so good that at one point I thought the series would genuinely compete with GTA. Welp ... it didn't. Because the other SRs just weren't very good. But this one? SR3? Absolute Banger.
