The best game!
Saints Row IV pfeift komplett auf Realismus und liefert die wohl verrückteste Open-World-Erfahrung der Videospielgeschichte. Als Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten wird man mitsamt seiner Gang in eine virtuelle Matrix-Simulation gesperrt und muss eine Alien-Invasion abwehren. Wer hier ein klassisches Gangster-Spiel wie GTA erwartet, ist falsch. Das Spiel ist eine gnadenlose Parodie auf Popkultur, Sci-Fi-Filme und das eigene Genre. Das Gameplay bricht mit allen Konventionen. Durch die virtuellen Superkräfte wie Supersprint, gigantische Sprünge, Telekinese und Einfrier-Blitze werden Fahrzeuge und das klassische Gunplay fast komplett überflüssig. Das Bewegen durch das düstere Steelport macht dadurch unnormal viel Spass und fühlt sich extrem flüssig an. Kombiniert mit völlig absurden Waffen wie der legendären „Dubstep-Gun“, die Gegner zum Tanzen bringt, entsteht ein herrlich chaotischer Gameplay-Loop, der besonders im Koop-Modus für Dauergrinsen sorgt. Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch: Die Spielwelt ist optisch sehr eintönig, da sie fast dauerhaft in ein düsteres, virtuelles Violett-Grau getaucht ist. Zudem recycelt das Spiel extrem viele Assets, Animationen und Nebenaktivitäten aus dem direkten Vorgänger Saints Row: The Third, weshalb es sich für manche eher wie ein gigantisches Standalone-Add-on als ein komplett neuer Teil anfühlt. Fazit: Ein genialer, lauter und absolut respektloser Spielplatz. Wer ernsthafte Storys sucht, wird enttäuscht – wer puren, unzensierten Spielspaß und Superkräfte will, wird es lieben.

Scheiß Epic Müll, es blobt immer epic games Verbindung auf und das Game stockt nur noch. Wenn man diesen Epic Müll aus denn Ordner löscht, ist das spiel nur noch auf Englisch und alle speicherstände weg, ♥♥♥♥ Epic!
Should've just been a Saints Row 3 DLC instead of launching it as a standalone game. It's fun though, you can easily sink 20 to 30 hours into it Totally different vibe from the older games in the series. Honestly, this is the one that killed the franchise.
