Blasted off hoping for epic space battles—ended up dodging lasers, hoarding loot, and questioning if my ship has feelings. Rustwing’s concept SLAPS, even in early access. Space may be vast, but my aim isn’t. 7/10, would drift into rogue asteroid fields again. 🚀✨ Follow my curator page for more plasma storms, rogue AIs, and emotionally unstable thrusters! A “twin stick shooter” that doesn’t support sticks! Runs well on Steam Deck, but is utterly unplayable with controller, making it a miserable experience on Deck.
Im not a big roguelike fan, but this game really caught my interest. The runs can be really fun, considering that we can make our build however we want. The only downside that's a bit unpleasant is the fact that there happens to be a couple balancing issues that can be unforgiving at times, but Im sure they can be solved with time. With that in mind, I recommend this game to everyone because for its price its really worth it.
It has potential.
Definitely scratches my space-shooter itch. Kinda hard, especially early in a run, but it pays off. There are OP builds to be found if you can survive to build them.
Good game, but: 1. to short( add another level) and therefore let us upgrade to tier 5 2. Change the Perk " you dont deal damage to your companions" to "Your companion dont damage you" (got killed allot of times by them 3. Make metaprogression real, let us take another ship( i never use the main gun and if u make this spot more flexible with a Perk so you can use other waepons in that slot it would be great. 4. Most ways are the same, i doesnt matter which way you take ( maybe you can change that so that the decision would have more impact) But besides that i had allot of fun for a good Price
This will be my new favourite game.
I really enjoyed the game — I’ve never come across a theme like this before. I played it with a few friends in the same place, and we got completely immersed. Maybe the boss could be made a bit easier, it was quite tough, and the progression system was a bit hard to understand. But otherwise, all my respect — especially considering it’s an indie game!
I would recommend this game, cause it has its roguelike style, and worth a try.
