AINSLIE’S LITTLE PEARLS California is a cute little game that requires a small amount of strategy to complete each task and the occasional bought of patience to wait out the reload of the food bushes. This game is a quick play that allows you to achieve tasks quickly and move through the levels with ease. The cute inhabitants of this small world bring brightness, colour and fun to the game and even cheer you on with each achievement. I recommend this little pearl of a game for a short chill out/mental break session from the real world, a chance to escape reality and be the hero of California. This game is even casual-er(is casual-er even a word?) than normal casual games. If you want to relax and play an easy game that makes you feel like you don't suck at playing games then buy this. ALSO I cannot switch from full-screen to window mode. For a game this casual i would of thought that it can be played in window mode. bah!!!

Entertaining game in the style of Roads to Rome and 12 labours of hercules. Has a decent story and things you do to complete the levels make sense compared to the story (It's about finding gold in the wild west times, you trade with indians, have to get rid of wolves and bandits and rapair stuff after earthquakes.) Music and sounds can be turned of and the game has a lot of different things in the game to keep levels refreshing. Also: you can earn stars in all levels and with those stars you can build houses and other buildings in your own village, has no special function or insteraction possibilities, but looks fun. small note: in level 14 the game crashes on my PC all the time, but I think that's a local issue that, if you have this too please tell me so I can make it negative review, cuz it would be stupid if you acn only play 13 levels. (I don't know if i'll remember to edit my review once I have a fix)
